Spring Revival at Redwood Retreat

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Matt and Mary created a space that was nothing short of wonderful. They thought of everything for their guests to completely enjoy their getaway. We received their permission to use it for a small baby shower, & we were BLOWN away with the cleanliness, the attention to detail, and their willingness to accommodate us. Please, please, please consider booking with Matt and Mary. We know that our families are already planning a time to stay again! 🎉

Escape to Up North and Experience Lake Living

RobertoRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Suzanne was very proactive and responsive to our needs. Location is beautiful and close to Lake Huron. Within a half hour from many of the main spots like Lumberman's Monument, Iargo Springs, Tuttle Marsh Nature Preserve, just to name a few. Also had everything you needed if you just wanted to stay home and relax overlooking the Marsh adjacent to Cedar Lake. Definitely highly recommend and will be back!

Cozy 3BD > 1 Mile to Lake Huron (Pet Friendly!)

KatieRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Great spot! We really appreciated that the house was stocked with dishes and cooking essentials. We like to cook so it made it so easy. I loved the use of the August app for access to the house-super convenient. I also loved that there were extra blankets for every bed! The TV room was cozy and my son and my partner both liked that the TV was big.

North River Retreat

RickRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
If you’re looking for a 5 star resort, keep searching. But, if you want a nice relaxing cabin on the river with everything you need to enjoy yourself, this is it. Clean, great layout and an amazing view of the river on the deck or sitting on the couch. It’s a real cabin. We worried at first about the bedrooms being cold and were quickly comforted to find a heater on every room for the cool evenings. This was perfect for our weekend up to visit family.

Gg’s getaway cabin

MistyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
The best way to describe this cabin is Grandma’s house ❤️ So cute and so cozy! Ceiling fans and windows that open for a nice cross breeze. The location is great. Quiet and calming. But also, close enough to walk to the lake or drive to the beach. A perfect place to just get away! The hostess was super! Very quick to respond & so kind. I will definitely keep this place in mind when coming back to the area!

The Grand Lodge

JosephRating, 5 stars6 months ago
My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay and the grand lodge!! It was our 23rd anniversary and was exactly what we wanted. Secluded private place to just enjoy our time. Our check in was available early and every question i had was answered very fast. The photos and description of the property was spot on. The property is placed in the backwoods of Michigan and is exactly what we wanted. There was a nice fire pit and our hosts were kind enough to leave us some pre cut chunks of firewood. We had some issues with heat and water but Jacqui helped us out and responded immediately. We brought our 4 wheeler and enjoyed many of the ATV trails and outdoor recreation in the area. We also visited some of the local restaurants in Hale, Oscoda, and Tawas and we're not upset at all. If you are looking for a nice getaway spot from the rest of the world and just want some peace and quiet this is your place. The cost was well worth it so don't think twice just book it! Will be back!

loved this cozy cabin, beautiful surroundings. Linens were fresh and smelled amazing. Cleaned pristine. Perfectly as described. Even provided small amount of firewood for a fire which was a nice added bonus! Next time we stay I will bring my dvd player, as television viewing was limited with the Roku. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will be back

Glen's Tawas Lake Home, Dogs OK, WWII display

GregRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The house was in a nice, quiet location which I enjoyed. The area looked like it would be a nice place to walk around, but unfortunately I stayed during the coldest part of the winter season so I wasn't up for bein outside when the real feel was below zero. The location was convenient, and the house had everything I needed. The one time I had a minor issue with the TV, Greg was responsive and provided guidance on how to solve the problem. Overall, this was a good stay, and I would recommend anyone to try it out.
A comfortable living space is featured, showcasing a large sectional sofa adorned with decorative cushions. A small round coffee table sits on a woven area rug, while a media console holds a wall-mounted TV displaying a coastal scene. Natural light filters through patterned curtains.

Living Life at Loon Lake

AmyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a wonderful time at Loon Lake. The cabin, lake and the surrounding areas were perfect. We had fun swimming, fishing, kayaking, taking walks down the dirt road and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Melissa was a great host and replied quickly to any questions that we had. I look forward to stay at Loon Lake again. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. One thing that I recommend is to bring your water shoes because there are some zebra muscles around the dock, but otherwise it is nice and sandy.
