A fantastic host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! Excellent communication, a beautifully clean and well-appointed space, and a warm welcome made our time here truly special.

I knew that my stay at Ari's would be great even before I checked in. This is because I received a detailed guide which included instructions about the home, getting around and entertainment recommendations. Upon arrival, the space was as described. It was cozy, clean and comfortable complete with snacks and drinks. All amenities were provided. There were even charging cables for various devices for our use. The washer and dryer was a big plus. The area was safe and quiet and in close proximity to shops, a supermarket and pharmacies. The train station is just a 5-7 minute walk away so we were able to get into Manhattan with no issues. Ari was responsive and answered my questions quickly. I would recommend Ari's place to anyone looking for a NY location. Would definitely stay again.

Richard's house was very clean and we could spend time as if it were our own house. The room was very comfortable and the time spent upstairs on the balcony was great. It's one block from the subway station, and the surrounding area is a well-developed residential area, and the environment is excellent. There is a large supermarket near the station, which is very convenient. It takes some time to get to Manhattan, but you can get there by one direct train. I jogged on the boardwalk in the morning because it's close to the beach, it's flat and safe. I would definitely like to stay here next time I go to New York. Thank you, Richard ‼︎

Best stay you will get.. The place is very clean and new They get the best stuff down there so you can enjoy the stay .. The host is very friendly lady she treat me like mom and her son is very professional polite man . Definitely coming back. Totally recommend It was nice to stay in your place maam SIBANI
