Fully furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven/microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and supplied with delicacies and basic necessities. Bedroom with two single beds also enriched with a wall fresco for a restful sleep. Large and elegant double bedroom with beautiful views of the lake in several directions. Two picturesque bathrooms complete with shower and including body care and hygiene products. Access to the house is independent, guests will have access to every area of the apartment floor and its garden. We are always available from the moment of arrival until departure, also to recommend the most exclusive tours and lake activities Brienno is an ancient and unspoiled Celtic village. Come and experience its portals, arcades and stone pavements embraced by the lake and green mountains. The silence here can be surreal, and will accompany you on a journey back in time. Bus lines C10/20 that depart every hour or so both to the upper lake and to Como. Boat trip on Sunday morning with return in the evening after sailing across the lake. From the village, you can climb to the mountains of Brienno with the characteristic farms (which can also be visited on request) or, for good hikers, you can go further to reach Alpe Comana and Schignano, also passing through the "Scala Santa" on a very steep mule track. Every morning in front of the Church (from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. from Monday to Thursday) you can buy basic food items from Davide, a merchant who with his mobile store offers typical products of Lake Como and Lombard culture such as cold cuts, bread and cheese. You can also buy fruit and vegetables on Mondays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Just 10 minutes by car you can find well-stocked supermarkets. 2 km away towards Argegno you can eat in a renowned Lake Como restaurant called "Il crotto dei Platani" with veranda and garden on the lake. Starting in August, the Bar/Restaurant/Pizzeria will also open right in the center of Brienno, within walking distance of the apartment.

Wonderful rustic duplex, nestled in the heart of Avegno, offers peace and quiet. Inside there is a small dining room corner with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; climbing the stairs you enter the two bedrooms, a double bedroom of a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom with bathtub. Outside there are many spaces for reading or eating, a beautiful terrace with a chaise longue, a patio with a table and chairs and a small garden with armchairs.

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Located 100 meters from the lake and from the famous Villa Oleandra (G. Clooney’s house), in the characteristic ancient village of Laglio, there is this unique location completely renovated. Laglio is a typical lakeside spot where many houses are reached by steps, ours being one of them. The apartment, located on the ground floor of an ancient stone house from the 1500s, is ideal for a romantic couple's holiday, for a relaxing family holiday but also for lovers of nature and sports.

In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date.
