A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

From the early 1900s, Casa Sciresee has been completely renovated, while maintaining its antique charm. Spacious and bright, it is perfect for a relaxing family stay, or for hiking adventures, but also for groups (art, work, etc.) since it is located in the Centovalli, that is, in the middle of a forest reserve in the southern alpine mountains of Switzerland (650 meters above sea level), but also a stone's throw from city life on the shores of Lake Maggiore, thanks to Locarno. My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
