Die Wohnung befindet sich in leichter Hanglage etwas oberhalb vom und bietet somit einen wunderschönen Ausblick zum See. Fußläufig in 12 Minuten zum See und Strand. Unseren Gästen steht vor der Wohnung eine private Terrasse mit Essplatz, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm zu verfügung. Casa Bruno is the cottage where I lived with my wife Silvia and our children. Located on the first floor of a two-family house, in a quiet position in the historic center of Suna, among the characteristic cobbled streets. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, beaches. There are paid and free parking lots nearby, as well as charging stations for electric cars. A 5-minute walk away, ample free parking (used-market area). Walking along the lake you embark for trips on the lake.

Strategically positioned on the Lombardy side of Lago Maggiore, the Loft di Charme is only 1h driving from Milano Malpensa Airport, and just few minutes driving from the cozy towns of Luino, Porto Valtravaglia and Laveno Mombello and there is a great offer of services and things to do in the area. The property has been recently renewed with a special attention to every single detail (I am super passionate of design!) and is the perfect location for a romantic and relaxing gateway.

If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
