Had such a lovely stay at Ashley & Simon's cottage. Me and my boyfriend felt right at home as soon as we got there and both hosts were so friendly from the get go. The decor was stunning and so homely - loved the artwork in the bedroom! Everything we needed was already equipped in the cottage. The bed was SUPER comfy and the hot tub was a great way to end our little week away 😍🛀 Would definitely stay here again if ever in Kelso! Highly recommend! ⭐️

Probably the best Air B&B we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot! Fabulous scenery with wildlife outside your door. Welcome pack included roses, wine and the best home made lemon drizzle cake we’ve ever tasted. Unfortunately we had to leave a couple of days early due to my health, but we will be back at some stage, that’s for sure.

My favourite Air BnB i have stayed in so far. It is newly opened so everything is fresh and new, however it is on an existing bed and breakfast space which has a beautiful garden which is well maintained and the inn itself is well looked after, the leads me to believe even after it has been open for some time, Alan will keep the place well looked after. The host, Alan, was a lovely gentleman, you can tell he cares for his business and enjoys hosting, on arrival he gave us local recommendations for food and even the best way to travel in to Edinburgh. During our stay in the separate building to the inn we felt we had our own private space, the hot tub is located on the opposite side to the inn, so you are private to other guests in the separate building. 5/5 starts for everything! Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

A tranquil and peaceful stay in this spacious and well equipped cottage. We were well looked after by Jenny and co. and felt totally relaxed. Enjoyed our interactions with farm life, which included birthing a lamb, petting the donkies and seeing the newborn kittens, it made our stay very special. The house is well located for trips into Edinburgh and Glasgow, or to enjoy nearby countryside. You won't regret it!

My second overnight stay at Joanne's place, on route up from southern England up to the Highlands was just as comfortable and relaxing as it was last year. I am happy to recommend to others.

We had the best time, the surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful and the cottage itself was perfect for a romantic getaway! Our dog had a great time as well!

We had a wonderful stay! Sarah added lovely touches like fresh flowers and delicious shortbread, which made us feel so welcome. The big garden was perfect for our dog, who absolutely loved exploring. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, we enjoyed watching the local wildlife and farm animals. A truly peaceful and charming getaway — we can’t wait to come back! A slight problem with the hot water and Sarah was great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend

A lovely retreat in a perfect location, right on the doorstep of beautiful picturesque countryside. Stuart was on hand to greet us and make us feel welcome and giving us a guided tour of the property.

A wonderfully located and appointed cottage with breathtaking views. The hosts’ correspondence and information about Cramond, transport links etc. was thoughtful, up to date clear and kind. I thoroughly recommend and hope to stay again. Thank you very very much.

Nothing short of amazing! A nature lover’s paradise (even with the Scottish weather). Got dry weather for an hour one morning haha so had a lovely breakfast in the garden. Met two tiny (literally newborn) lambs in the field next to us! All wobbly on their feet. So cute!! Friendly hosts, very clean and well decorated.

This was an excellent choice of accommodation and was very handy for Kelso. I am travelling with my parents this time and we really appreciated the quality of the beds, the linen and everything about Georgie’s cottage. Will definitely look to return.

We had a very restful and relaxing stay at Jo's house for three weeks. The farm is in a stunning location with lots of beautiful walks from the door and lots to see in the locality with a host of good recommendations in the information pack supplied by Jo. The house was comfortable and had pretty much all one might need for longer stay. The weather was glorious throughout our stay which was very welcomed.

Unfortunately, I haven‘t been in the AirBNB myself as I booked the cottage for my mum and her partner, but they said they very much enjoyed their stay and felt at home. The communication with Suzie and Glenn was great and they were very helpful! Thank you 💛

Brilliant, private, quiet location. ideal for walkers or for gold panning in the Mennock pass. Has all the necessary facilities you may need and the 'welcome' pack came in very useful. Dog friendly. We intend to visit again when we can free up a long weekend. Very enjoyable. Linda made sure we we arrived and had everything we needed advising where the nearest shop and pub were. ***** highly reccomended.

An absolutely perfect stay at June’s lovely property in Lanark. June was a great host and was there to meet us and show us around upon arrival. The photos really don’t do justice to how nice this place is, and it definitely ranks up there with the best we have stayed in, possibly the best when price is taken into consideration. Really well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable and with a lovely garden and a parking space right outside the door. Locally, there are amazing walks to the Falls of Clyde and around Lanark, while the shops and restaurants are only a couple of hundred meters away, as is the station with trains into Glasgow every half hour. On the fine days we enjoyed glorious walks locally, and on the rainy ones we trundled around the art galleries and museums of Glasgow and so were never short of something to do.

Really enjoyed our time here, Rhona was a great host.

This is a stunning, peaceful and really lovely place to stay. Set in beautiful surroundings with all that the Borders has to offer in terms of scenery and nature and yet close to the nearby towns with great pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and people. The annex is clean, welcoming, well equipped, comfortable and homely with everything you could need...a home away from home. Nice little touches like fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, tea and coffee await you. Harry was really responsive, friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice. We especially loved the conservatory and private garden. Thank you very much for a fabulous stay.

Beautiful house close to town. Some lovely pubs. Good pub food and a great Indian. Host was amazing, house was spotless and beds very comfy.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights, every single night was the best! We didn't do much walking, as we stayed in the house a lot of the time as we wanted to have a relaxing 5 days cooking and baking together/watching films. However, there is areas around to go on walks. Max was really responsive and great with recommending what to do if you are stuck for ideas! it was extremely peaceful and quiet every day and night! Thank you :)

Thank you for a fantastic stay! A great location, excellently appointed cottage which we enjoyed cooking in. We enjoyed eating at the local pub and our boys enjoyed the games room. We would love to come back again. The homemade shortbread was also very tasty.

Wonderful stay near Rosslyn Chapel. Gorgeous view, enchanting garden, and lovely sunroom. The living room converts into a nice second bedroom. We had a great time!

great wee apartment in a good location for exploring the area. everything was clean and as described and Ash kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. thanks for a great stay!
