Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

We had a lovely stay, the house is very cozy and very clean. The host was very welcoming and kind to us, very understanding, we traveled by car and it was nice because we had an available parking spot in front of the house. Our little dog, Jerry had plenty of space where to run in the garden of the house. The house has all the amenities you need and it is in a very nice and quiet area. We truly recommend!

The house is simply a dream! We had to move out within hours due to water damage in our home and ended up in a residential paradise during this difficult time. We were so thrilled 1 minute after arrival that we immediately extended it to 1 month. The entire place was sparkling clean, spacious, plenty of storage, the new bathroom a small wellness oasis, the kitchen is better equipped than my home! Washing machine and dryer available! Many towels, large cozy beds, many small light sources increase the feel-good factor, view of the countryside, quiet location, but still within walking distance to the bus/subway. Great terrace!!! The hosts are very warm and always available! Unfortunately, we had to move on because the house was already rented out - we felt at home during this difficult time. THANKS! We can recommend this place 1000%! Not a single defect/error detected ( and we travel a lot)

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

Very nice and spacious house, larger than you can see from the photos: with seven people, plus a dog, we were very comfortable. Comfortable bedrooms and very well separated from each other, on different floors. Very clean, tidy and cozy house; there is everything you need, even in the garden with barbecue and comfortable deck chairs. We were provided with a wonderful amount of food: coffee, tea, herbal teas, honey, oil, pasta, etc.; but also apples, milk, eggs, chocolates, beer; we made a risotto with the spinach picked in the garden. Macy was very kind, helpful and responsive, she waited for us to arrive by car from Milan without hurrying us, upon arrival she explained everything in detail. The neighborhood is residential, elegant, quiet. The house is very close to the main subway that crosses the center of Vienna, reachable in a few minutes by bus or car: a multi-storey parking lot always has spaces available. A highly recommended home!

Great place to stay, eaay access to city, quiet location. Spacious house, modern interior and very clean. Host very friendly and proactive contact to nske sure everything OK. Recommend this place if you want a beautiful rural stay within easy access of city.

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

Everything was superlative! We felt like home. The kitchen equipped with everything. Susanna is an exceptional woman, we enjoyed being able to have a glass of juice and play a board together. We are definitely coming back. I highly recommend and thanks to the host for the stay!

Great place and very fast communication!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the apartment! We immediately felt at home and the apartment was so clean and so cozy to be in. It had a great view and it was super easy to take the subway into town. It was nice easy with shopping right by the property and super delicious seafood restaurant just around the corner. We were a family of three with a 3 year old boy and it was just perfect. We hope to come to Vienna again, it is a magnificent city and we will definitely stay in this apartment again, there is no doubt! Many thanks!

Apartment is in nice area close to center of Vienna! We have find on street parking in same street where apartment is, with no charge on weekends. Tram station is very close. Bolt is cheap to get to the St Stephens Platz, but you can walk for 20 minutes to reach it on foot. Apartment is clean and big with new kitchen and comfy bed. Underfloor and electric heating works well. Good shower pressure. Private space in garden. Everything was wonderful! Thank you!

Günter is a wonderful host and we felt very comfortable in his apartment. It is much larger and more beautiful than the pictures suggest, perfectly equipped and the garden is fantastically quiet and beautiful - the children were very happy about the egg hunt outside at Easter! Trains 40, 9, 41 and 42 stop nearby and run to the city center. There is a Euro Spar right around the corner and some restaurants and bakeries. An absolute recommendation from us, we will be happy to come back!

Really charming place, with lots of attention to detail. Communication/check-in were stellar and the location of the flat will give you a feeling of Vienna off the beaten path.

There were eight of us on site for a few days and we felt very comfortable. Bettina and her daughter are very accommodating and helpful. There was also a cake, eight ottakringer beers, and a delicious milk to welcome you. The apartment is modernly furnished and is perfect for this number of people. We would definitely come back.

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

A wonderful experience! Host always available. Flawless apartment, served and a step away from transport. The covered and private parking is a real opportunity to have peace of mind. Our dog had a great time too! I'd go back right away and without delay.
