The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Cosy Casa und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Julia haben wir vor Ort kennengelernt und sie war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Der Check-In war easy und auch der Zugang zur Unterkunft einfach bedienbar. Die kleine aber feine Küche + Utensilien waren völlig ausreichend und ebenfalls leicht zu bedienen für 2 Personen mit einfachen Essensideen. Wir konnten das Auto super direkt ums Eck parken und haben die Nächte wirklich gut geschlafen. Es war schön ruhig in der Umgebung und Restaurants, Kaffees, Supermärkte sowie kleine Geschäfte waren zu Fuß und mit dem Auto in kürze sehr gut erreichbar. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist das Alpenbad sowie der Fluss mit schöner Aussicht zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder zu euch! Vielen Dank :-)

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt zentral in Silbertal, und hat einen sehr schönen ing weitläufigen Balkon. Die Kinder haben super miteinander gespielt dort. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man hat alles was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Kommunikation lief immer schnell ab und sehr hilfreich. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen!

The apartment has a wonderful balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. We were impressed by the sunrise in the morning. We were also very pleased with the windows installed in the roof, through which you can see the stars at night. There are ski resorts and a center for renting ski and snowboard equipment nearby. The apartment is cute and cozy. We felt like home and celebrated the New Year 2025 in an amazing place. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich und geräumig. Wir waren im Skiurlaub. Daher war der Skiraum sehr praktisch. Fabian war immer sehr gut erreichbar und seine Tante auch. Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit. Günstig gelegene Wohnung, wenn man in St. Anton, Lech, Zürs… Ski fahren will. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür. Tankstelle im Ort. Praktisch ist der Spar direkt gegenüber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
