Welcome to the seaside town of Uusikaupunki! The 120-year-old Villa Matilda offers accommodation with an atmosphere of the past. The house is protected by the Finnish National Board of Antiquities and the interior renovation of the apartment has just been completed. The renovation has been carried out with respect for traditions. This unique log house has a calm and peaceful atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms, living room, toilet, shower with private electric sauna, Wi-Fi. A small hill down before you reach your own dock is not suitable for people with disabilities. Deep water at the jetty, so you should be able to swim. You can moor your own boat at the jetty or rent a rowboat from us. All amenities are available in the cottage, including air conditioning. Luonnonmukaisella tontilla on myös paikoin kalliota, joka voi olla hankalakulkuinen ja liukas märkänä.
