Perfect location for discovering Angers in a historic setting, at the foot of Saint Maurice Cathedral. Everything can be done on foot. Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

Located in a cul-de-sac, our 80 m² cottage is a place conducive to rest and relaxation. You will be 2 minutes from the shops (bakery and grocery store, pharmacy...) and 300 meters from a bus stop to Angers but also 10 minutes from the banks of the Loire (canoe-kayak rental, Loire by bike), 15 minutes from Angers and 18 minutes from Terra Botanica by car. Hiking trails in the countryside and forest are accessible from the cottage.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Cozy apartment 1 min from Angers Exhibition Center

Ideally located at the Angers Racecourse, 1 minute from the Exhibition Centre and the Océane interchange to reach the A11 motorway and about 8 minutes from Angers city center, this 42 m2 accommodation is ideal for visiting Angers or for a business stay. You can stay there alone, as a couple. It is located on the ground floor of a very quiet residence where you can enjoy a small garden with all the necessary amenities.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

The Cé cabin is in the heart of the historic Saint Maurille district, the oldest of the Cé bridges. The Loire flows 50 meters away, you will appreciate the proximity of the open-air café, the kayak base, the bakery, the delicatessen, the organic butcher, the wine cellar, the restaurants...
