You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Vous serez à 2 minutes des commerces ( boulangerie et épicerie-traiteur, pharmacie...) et 300 mètres d'un arrêt de bus pour Angers mais aussi à 10 minutes des bords de Loire( location de canoé-Kayak, Loire à vélo), 15 minutes d'Angers et 18 minutes de Terra Botanica en voiture. Des chemins de randonnées en campagne et en forêt sont accessibles au départ du gite.

Leave the car aside, everything is done on foot! 3 minutes from Place du Ralliement, enjoy the restaurants, shops, cafes, museums, castle and entertainment of the center. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and professionals. It is quiet and overlooks an inner courtyard. For new travelers, welcome! Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

Ideally located at the Angers Racecourse, 1 minute from the Exhibition Centre and the Océane interchange to reach the A11 motorway and about 8 minutes from Angers city center, this 42 m2 accommodation is ideal for visiting Angers or for a business stay. You can stay there alone, as a couple. It is located on the ground floor of a very quiet residence where you can enjoy a small garden with all the necessary amenities.
