This place was awesome the views are incredible and the privacy was like nowhere else. As long as you have 4wd and don’t mind some steps this is a perfect place for couples. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Kevin was even proactive in letting us know the power had went out before we got there and then immediately let us know it was back on. This place really is a hidden gem and you are within 15-30 minutes of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Lovely home! Great place for our 2 families of 3 to get away too. The two 9-year old boys loved the golf course and the game room. They especially liked the loft and pillows to make their own fort. The parents enjoyed the hot tub. Layout allowed each set of families to spread out. Really close to both Shenandoah and Luray Caverns. Would definitely visit again.

Kelly’s place was amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. We loved hanging out with all the animals , especially the pigs. The whole family was so welcoming and we loved to hear about the farm from them. If you get a chance get a meal on the farm, cooking was great and the cake was to die for. The farm is super close to Shenandoah and a great home base to do some hiking or exploring.

We absolutely loved our stay! It is private and peaceful. The house is perfect for a small family and we enjoyed comfortable beds at the end of a long drive and then a full day at Shenandoah National Park. The kitchen has all you need and a comfortable couch for relaxing. Our only caution is the drive to the house is steep and gravel. There are divets and “stone speed bumps” that are a bit much for any car. Would not recommend taking a low or small car for here. But if you have a good vehicle, this place is absolutely perfect for a stay in Shenandoah!

My family of 5 had a great stay at the main level unit at Knobbyshire Farm. The drive down was shorter than I imagined but very bumpy. Our minivan did fine with driving slowly but I imagine in winter weather we would have had trouble. The home was very open, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Appreciated the large open kitchen and island which my kids took advantage of during meals. The book and game selection was great too-- my kids loved sampling some new games! The beds were comfortable and the view of the mountains was really nice. We loved having a fire at the fire pit and watching the stars slowly come out at night. Felt very private even though there were neighbors close by. Nice place to rest and relax after long days in Shenandoah park.
