We offer you in our house with a large garden and swimming pool two well-equipped, cozy apartments. The house is located on the outskirts of Ingelheim, quiet and yet convenient, so that you can reach the train station, the highway or the company Boehringer in a few minutes. Of course, in just a short time you are also in the vineyards or on the Rhine, for a hike or bike tour. If you want to visit Bingen, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt or the Hunsrück, this is the place to be. Or you can cross the Rhine by ferry and get into the Rheingau, known for its wines. In a quiet location on the outskirts of Ober-Ingelheim you will find our spacious non-smoking apartment for a maximum of four adults, plus two children. The apartment is comfortably furnished and freshly renovated and is located on the ground floor of our house. The living room and separate bedroom offers a beautiful view over the terrace, the well-kept garden with the swimming pool, which invites you to refresh yourself in summer. In the living room there is a fireplace, for the cooler seasons, and a cozy sitting area, the TV with DVD recorder and a stereo. In addition, there is a dining table with space for at least six people. In the large desk you will find a phone and a computer connection to the internet. (Wi-Fi)The separate bedroom is equipped with two 1 x 2 m single beds and a large wardrobe also suitable for seniors and has direct access to a bathroom with sink, toilet and bathtub. In the children's room there are two other sleeping places that can also be used well by adults. However, it can also be used as a " retreat" for cozy reading or television. In the shelves and closets, in addition to enough space for your belongings, board games and a selection of books and magazines. The shower room accessible via the hallway offers you a shower with flat entrance, a washbasin and a toilet.
