The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

The apartment, which is approximately 50 m², is equipped with a fully equipped open kitchen with a small dishwasher, a stove, oven and a Senseo coffee maker. The sleeping area has a 1.60 m wide double bed and can be reached via a wooden staircase from the living area. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. In principle, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with, for example, a washer/dryer, SodaStream, internet-enabled TV, WiFi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-)
