Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. Poolen 250 meter från huset och 12 min promenad till fantastiskt fina sjöar med fina sandstränder, bryggor och flotte. Ca 25 min bilresa till sommarstaden Norrtälje. Vid gratis poolen även en fin kafe, utegym, babypool, minigolf, boule banor, bastu och beach volleyboll. Allt i mycket bra skick och endast 2 min bort från huset. Diskmaskin och Wi-Fi finns. Barbecue, stora nya parasoller, kubb spel och crocket finns i förrådet.

Huset ligger på 15 minuters bilväg från centrala Stockholm, mao det perfekta läget för lata dagar men nära till shopping och stadskänsla. Mycket aktiviteter i närheten, restauranger, havsbad, paddling, promenader, lekplatser mm. 4 sovrum generöst vardagsrum med öppen planlösning mot kök och matplats. Bra kommunikationer, tåg, buss bil, båt, cykel.

Boendet är beläget i ett lugnt, idylliskt område. Poolen är uppvärmd till ca 28 grader mellan maj-september. Poolen får användas mellan 08:00-20:00. Låna gärna en av kanoterna och ta en mysig paddeltur på sjön, eller en promenad i Tyrestareservatet som ligger precis runt hörnet. Det finns även två enklare cyklar att låna om man vill. Om du har en elbil som behöver laddas så går även det att lösa till aktuellt kW-pris. Avsluta kvällen med ett parti backgammon i kvällssolen på verandan :

It is a beautiful house in the archipelago to enjoy family and create lasting memories. We were able to bring our sailboat and 16ft motorboat, use the dock, sauna, hang on the porch, use the charcoal grill, swim in the pool and off the dock, take our power boat to nearby towns, stores, and restaurants. We walked the island numerous days during our visit and enjoyed the scenery. Extraordinary place.

Our stay in Trosa was amazing! The house was brilliant with comfortable beds and a well aquipt kitchen. A patio with a view over the harbor and a big terrass with a beautiful pool to enjoy. A 5 minut walk to the Harbor and the Trosa Center was a big plus. Our host Fredrik was always reachable when we had any questions. Will definitely return to enjoy Trosa and this fabulous house. Thank you Fredrik for letting us enjoy your house.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We enjoyed a week lazing by the pool and sightseeing in Stockholm. The house was easy to get to being less than 10 minutes from the T, and there were good shops nearby for provisions. The electric bikes were very handy for shopping. We were very happy and satisfied with the stay at your lovely and cozy house. We loved the combination of relaxation (on the terrace/garden with cozy staggered levels and beautiful planting, at and in the pool - especially our 2 13 year old children enjoyed it, reading books in one of the many cozy nooks that existed), different walks with discoveries in different terrain (blueberry picking in the rocks, walks in the forest/nature reserve with lakes and outdoor swimming), trips to Stockholm where we experienced just some of the exciting cultural offerings (Vasa Museum, boat ride in the city's canals, strolling in the Old State, etc..). As the only thing, we had a hard time fixing the internet TV, even though we were guided by Joachim. But it was summer and there was plenty to do and do, so we didn't miss it. Thank you so much for a great stay at your lovely home, Joachim. It's been a pleasure (-: Sincerely, Sarah + family & dog.

The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

We had a great time at Bjorn's place. We were a big group and the place had enough space for all of us. The location is amazing and both the hot-tub and the entertaining center were the most popular entertaining options. The host was always quick to answer our questions and solve our problems. We had a small issue with the heating system but it did not ruin our stay. We had lots of fun and it was perfect for our summer getaway.

A unique home located in beautiful surroundings. The house is stylish, spacious, clean and well appointed as per the listing. Nice touches like toiletries make it homely. We did not use the pool as found the water a bit cold for our taste. It was perfect for our family of 5 with older kids. The steep stairs may however be an issue for toddlers or people with reduced mobility. The self check in was a dream and Kim is very responsive and attentive, totaly deserves the 'superhost' label. We would happily come back again! In terms of location, the neighbourhood is very calm and safe and you feel like you are in the real Sweden as there are no tourists. The supermarket and local shops and cafes are a 10 min stroll away. The access to the centre of Stockholm is straightforward via bus and underground within about 30 mins door to door, depending on the time of the day. We went there every day and used the SL Stockholm transport app to buy group tickets.
