Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

A cosy cottage with a picturesque view over the archipelago. It is located seven meters from the sea, with bathing possibilities close by - both close to the cottage (cliffs) and a beach 200 meters away. This small cottage (1 room) houses 2 adults, 1 infant or child (children must be able to swim) is welcome. The house has fresh water (no hot water), outside shower, and combustion toilet. Amenities include a grill, oven, hob and kitchen supplies. Full access to hot shower and laundry room.

After one of all possible adventures in the nature reserve, a paddle, fishing or ice skating trip on the lake, or a turn into the city, you can come home to this cozy little house and enjoy the lake view and tranquility. Perhaps you'll let the stress melt away in the sauna or hammock, followed by a swim or a nice outdoor shower. Here you are close to nature and the city at the same time. Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.
