We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

Super comfortable home with huge sectional sofa downstairs as well as nice lounge area upstairs in common area. Outside features biggest lot in the neighborhood with swing in English garden as well as deck with hottub. Full laundry on main floor as well as 3 brand new full baths covered in stylish tile. Feel as comfortable as at home while away.

My wife and are I are pretty biased, but we are pretty confident in saying this is the best location for an Airbnb in Indianapolis. This charmingly cute, completely remodeled historic home is all yours with parking in the rear. The door is an automated keycode so check in with ease whenever. You are just literal minutes walking to the majority of our favorite things to do in the city. This house is located in historic Fletcher Place, sandwiched directly between Fountain Square and downtown.
