Monthly Rentals in Indian River Bay

Great little cabin! It is definitely a “Tiny Home” but perfect for two of us. Everything we needed for kitchen and bathroom was provided as advertised. The bed in the loft was comfortable. A plus to the location is the Good Earth restaurant next door!

Great location close to the beach and in walkable distance to many spots. Also a convenient spot for driving to other spots to explore. As stated in the listing, the space is on the bottom floor so for privacy the window shades stayed down. Everything in the place is meticulously labeled with instructions that were easy to follow. Ben gave us a quick call on our day of check in to offer support and suggestions if needed and he communicated well during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very cozy. We even took up a new hobby (doing puzzles) while we stayed in from the cold, and now it's a pastime we'll cherish. There were several good restaurants to visit in the area. Jacqueline was very responsive whenever we had questions and communicated well. We're really grateful for the memories we made here!

Great stay! First the location was amazing: right on the bay with private beach access 1 house over, 10 minutes from grocery and convenience stores and great restaurants, 15-18 minutes from Bethany beach and boardwalk. Second the amenities at the house were perfect: so much communal space to relax, well stocked including kids toys/ play area, sand toys, bikes, kayaks, stroller, beach wagon, umbrella, beach blanket, everything we needed to entertain our toddler just steps to the sand and bay. Third, the house lay out was very accommodating for larger groups/ families. There were 2 primary suites (one on the upper level and one on the main level) both with large walk-in closets (with air vents) that had pack-and-plays set up in them. 2 smaller secondary bedrooms upstairs, but one also had a full kids bed in the walk-in that was decorated princess themed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had most meals at home. Such a perfect spot, we will be back next year.
