Vacation rentals with a patio in Indang

Everything was as seen in the listing. My relatives enjoyed their stay and told me that they would be booking this unit again.

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

The unit was on the 3rd floor (rooftop), so if you are traveling with senior, it’s not advisable since malalaki steps ng stairs. Malaki ang balcony. The room was just right for 4pax. Mainit sa tanghali, di kaya ng AC, so good thing may electric fan to help circulate the air. Plates were a bit small, we were 4 and had 4 plates. So wala kami magamit pang serving plate. We were able to cook sa terrace since not allowed to cook inside, which is ok lang. CR was okay naman, with bidet, flush & hot water. Pero maliit yung drainage so matagal mawala water sa floor pag naligo ka. I liked that they have free drinking water, and it was self-check in. So nakapasok kami with no issues even at 12 midnight.

The place was very affordable! If you want somewhere to stay in Tagaytay, this might be the best place for you. They also have a restaurant downstairs so you wouldn't need to worry to look for a place to eat. Our small family spent New Year's Eve here in their place and we felt really welcome, as if we are part of their family. That's how accomodating and kind they are. You would really feel like home on their place. Also, the place was very clean and very spacious. They have free netflix on their TV. Kitchen utensils and cookwares are complete. We had no problem with our stay in Frangel's Transient. In fact, we really enjoyed our stay. We really recommend this place! We would definitely be back here!

Prim’s place was fantastic. She is very responsive and she provided all the important information that we need prior arriving her place. The house was clean, with complete equipments especially for cooking and eating and their living room was really wide. Kids and big groups can enjoy get togethers because of it’s wide space. Btw, living room doesn’t have aircon but they have provided 2 electric fans. The bedroom linens are clean and tidy. The master’s is the only bedroom that has aircon. Only downside was it doesn’t have a comfort room at the 2nd floor which would be challenging if you have senior citizens with you. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Felt like home and a chill place. Thanks Prim!

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

The place is very accessible. Self check in was smooth. The place was in great condition when we arrived. Clean and very comfortable. Wifi is lightning fast kahit marami kami. Malamig sa place. We had a great time.

Mylene was very responsive and helped us with all questions immediately. The home is very safe, within a gated community with a guard present at all times as well as gated property itself. The area is residential, but within a short drive or tricycle ride to plenty of grocery stores. The man selling Taho for breakfast walks by every morning! One thing to note; this is a traditional Filipino residence, it is not a western-standard home. The bedroom sizes are not large, but there are plenty of them & 3 of them are air-conditioned. There are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite upstairs, one hallway bath upstairs, and one full bath downstairs) and the two upstairs have hot-water heaters for the showers. While there is no hot-water in the kitchen, there is a water boiler machine (IYKYK) that keeps water hot all day, so you can rinse your dishes in boiling water if that's important to you. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mylene's place and are grateful for her hospitality.

We are happy with the place. It feels like home. All the needed ammenities were available.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

We had a great stay here! The place is relaxing and accessible to a lot of restaurants. Host is responsive and was able to check in early. Plus it is a pet friendly!

Ate reyna is very accommodating and very responsive. Super smooth check in and check out. Definitely will recommend to our friends and family. Also the place is nearby tourist spot and store that you can need.

That room gives superb view for the taal volcano better than the tourist parks. Nice cold aor in the night that you wont need AC and its very relaxing. It is a home away from home ambiance.

Nice location! The caretaker is quite accommodating, and it's a plus to have an honesty store! All in all, it was an amazing experience!

This is a very nice place in Tagaytay and the host is really great. He has provided everything you need for a comfortable staycation there. The place is clean and everything works well (Wifi, hot water, air con, Netflix, kitchen appliances, etc). He was also able to arrange private parking for me for a small daily fee at the last moment. He is very responsive and friendly and offered a lot of advice and help for knowing the area and having an easy time exploring. I would definitely recommend this host and unit if you are staying in Tagaytay.
