Bluebell Lodge 2 Double – ensuite [Room 2]

AymericRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
As a family with our little boy, we had a great time at Ann's. Ann is very welcoming, attentive and available as needed. Her accommodation is impeccable and the private bathroom in the bedroom is a real plus. Ann offers a full breakfast suitable for all diets, enough to start the day off right. A place not to be missed if you pass through the area.

Our stay at Jean’s Airbnb was truly unforgettable, filled with warmth and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality and the serene beauty of the surroundings. The property was a peaceful haven, offering the perfect escape from the daily grind. What truly made our stay special were the thoughtful touches, like the lovely bottle of wine, wheaten bread and biscuits waiting for us upon arrival, and the ample supply of wood for the the outdoor firepit. Jean's excellent communication made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we wholeheartedly recommend Jean’s Airbnb.

Ballymacooda House

AnitaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ballymacooda House is a rare find. The house is exquisite, modern, full of conveniences, with windows everywhere. The setting is so lovely, an Irish meadow filled with grouse and grasses, a small lake, surrounded by trees and pastures. It is so quiet, birds truly rule the sound landscape except for the neighboring donkey that sounds a bit like a moose call, quite mysterious. We loved it. Louise is the kindest host, always with a good suggestion and quick with the response to any question.

An abandoned shipwreck rests on jagged rocks under a clear blue sky. The rusted metal structure shows signs of decay, with exposed rivets and missing sections. Surrounding pebbles and stones contrast with the orange hues of the vessel, enhancing its weathered appearance.

Very friendly and comfortable stay! We came in late and left fairly early but they were very accommodating. They even had a delicious smoothie and pear cake for us in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. The space was great for our family of 4.
