Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. At the lake promenade you will find boat rentals, cafes, mini golf courses as well as several nice spots for swimming. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

Welcome to Fishers Cottage. This traditional rustic fisherman’s cottage located in Fußach, In der Schanz Lagoon. The entire area is a conservation area. The cottage is located in the small tight village of Fussach in der Schanz, just 50 meters from the lake and channels, often referred to as “Little Venice”. The little cottage is designed for 4 people (ideal for families, couples, sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and bird watchers).
