J’ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes parents dans ce logement ! Tout était parfait. l’appartement est propre, très bien équipé, rien ne manquait. La localisation est idéale. La communication avec l’hôte Malika a été fluide du début à la fin, elle est super sympa, réactive et attentionnée. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés, et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Fouad heeft ons een alternatieve accommodatie aangeboden aangezien onze eerste vlucht geannuleerd was. Hierdoor hebben we geen cent verloren. Fouad is een top-host. Wij lopen zeker terug. Erg bedankt Fouad voor dit fantastische verblijf

l'appartement ete propre et secure 4eme avec ascenseur. l'environnement est calme avec une belle vue sur la corniche possible d'y aller a pied. les plages connu ainsi que le port sont à peine 8 minutes en voiture. le port de plaisance en vaut la peine et la plage matadero magnifique. j'ai pas regretté de visiter la belle ville de hoceima. l'hôte est toujours disponible je recommande

“I would like to sincerely thank the owner of the house we rented in Al Hoceima. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay, and his kindness and generosity truly made a difference. He was not only available whenever we needed assistance, but he also made us feel incredibly welcome, as if we were staying in our own home. His warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made our time in Al Hoceima all the more special. The house itself was fantastic—clean, spacious, and in a perfect location to explore the area. We felt comfortable and at ease throughout our entire stay. I have had many experiences with Airbnb, both in Morocco and in other countries, and I can confidently say that this has been the best one yet. The care, thoughtfulness, and quality of the stay exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and peaceful stay. We had a great time staying in this apartment, clean, calm and got most of the things we needed during our stay. It matches the pictures with stunning views of the sea and mountains and the host was friendly and available to guide us and answer our questions. We had some struggle finding a grocery store nearby, but after some research on Maps we managed to find one called "Bades Market" 10 minutes walk from the apartment, there's also a couple of coffee shops nearby.

Un mec en or!! Il prends la peine de ce déplacer à tout heure si par malheur il y aurai un problème. Quelqu’un qui est à l’écoute et très compréhensif. Je vous recommande à 1000% de passer par Zakaria pour tout hébergement au Maroc. Quelqu’un de correct et de très respectueux aussi.

Bij deze willen wij Hana en haar familie bedanken voor het zeer comfortabele verblijf in Al Hoceima. Alles was top de ligging was ook perfect, niets op aan te merken. We hadden ook een ventilator nodig en we hadden het direct gekregen. Communicatie was ook top en alles was netjes en proper! Top verblijf!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à El Hoceima. Conforme aux photos, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé, et se trouve dans un quartier calme. Le parking est également un grand plus. L'hôte a été extrêmement gentil et serviable, rendant mon séjour encore plus agréable. La grande TV avec l'abonnement IPTV et la connexion internet par fibre optique ont vraiment été appréciés. Je reviendrai sans hésitation !

Je recommande fortement ce logement ; un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais on n’y arrive très rapidement à pied. À proximité des plages également une vingtaine de minutes à pied. Le logement est très propre, la literie confortable, le voisinage agréable. Anass est un hôte idéal, il a été plus que bienveillant à mon égard et m’a aidé dans une situation complexe afin que je puisse arriver au plus vite et au mieux. Je lui suis infiniment reconnaissante pour sa grande gentillesse ainsi que celle de sa famille. Je vous conseille vraiment si vous passez dans cette belle ville de louer ce super logement.

I only spent three days with my family, but this place deserves much more. It is incredibly peaceful, with no overlooking neighbors, offering a panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the fields. The pool is clean and well-maintained. It's the perfect spot to relax, break away from routine, and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. A small downside, however: the location listed on Airbnb is not entirely accurate. After the main road, there’s about 100 meters of unpaved track, but it’s absolutely worth it.
