I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Me and my husband booked the apartment for 3 days and 2 nights - The check-in and check-out process was kinda easy. The apartment is really good value clean and comfortable - which is actually more beatiful than the pictures, and it is convenient to all the places we want to go to. The owner could not have done more to help us and answered any questions immediately, Ms. Gladys is very responsive and kind. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area. Nice place to stay and to relaxed. We are looking forward to our next visit. ❤️

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

My girl friend and I had a wonderful stay. Kim was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The unit was as shown in the images, a lovely view, spaciousness, clean with the basic necessities and most of all it was very homey. Everything Perfect💯💯💯

Great host, nice condo, great location!

The place was clean. Loved the convertible sofa and the large TV with Govee TV backlight. Close to Makati CBD and have lots of great restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth with the keypad lock. Jeff was very responsive as well when the keypad lock ran out of batteries and promptly replaced it. Will stay here again!

A Wonderful Stay! I had a great time at Mark's place! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities I needed were right there. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the little personal touches throughout the space that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—quiet and safe. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use. The whole house is perfect for a long-term stay. Thank you so much for welcoming us to your lovely home, Ms. Elena.

Room was clean and complete and as described, but it’s quite smaller than it looks. Location is nice but building is hard to find even with Waze on. But Belle was very nice as a host and been very accommodating of requests and answers questions quickly. Will recommend! Thanks, Belle!

Great Find. I am satisfied with my stay especially with the unit. The unit has amenities and equipments needed. Private walkable place, has pool and basketball court. Will book again if given a chance.

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.
