Vacation rentals with a patio in Imst District

Thomas’s place was amazing!! Everything was very new, clean, and the views were stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to do some cooking, the fireplace was lovely, the decks (there are 2!) were amazing to relax on and even have dinner as there was a new grill, table, and full sets dining ware for eating outside to enjoy the beautiful view. Only hard part was finding the place as you need to go up the steep road listed on the address and take a left that is not marked (and feels like you’re driving off the side of the road the first time). I will go back and hopefully bring more guests as Thomas finishes another sleeping room!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment itself is beautiful, the location is perfect to get into nature and into the city and the apartment was also very very clean. We were especially pleased with the good facilities in the kitchen and the terrace overlooking the mountains. Renate is extremely friendly and accommodating and we were able to enjoy our weekend wonderfully. We couldn't have done better - thank you so much!

Beautiful cottage. Nicely decorated. It's just a little weird that the shower is in one of the rooms. If you want to wash in the morning you have to wait until the one who sleeps there is awake. Host was quick to respond. Also when the automatic lock was broken. Come with a gift. Didn't have to, there's nothing he can do about it.

We had a wonderful stay! Robine and Simon are very nice hosts and check-in was completely straightforward. The apartment is exceptional and the decor charming. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great – we were able to take a great hike in the best weather. We will be happy to come back!

Great hosts with lovely modern apartment. I used the apartment as a central base for a Ski trip. Very easy to get around with a car but train station is also close. Would recommend the hosts as very friendly and responsive.

Very pleasurable stay and warmly received. Despite the fact that the airbnb is stuck at home, we had a lot of privacy and we have not been bothered by the residents at all. The host was very friendly and helpful at the times we asked for it. The only thing that may have been missing was a kettle, but for the rest the kitchen was well furnished with good equipment (pans, cutlery, etc.) We'd love to come back!

This is truly a gem! A beautiful spacious house with no (direct) neighbors for our party of six people and one dog. Everything was available and everything was thought of. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, both before, during and after the stay. The view is awesome: unobstructed view towards the mountains. And at night a starry sky in clear weather. A slopes are close by, although we did not use it. We drove 30/45 minutes to ski locations higher up because of the little snow this year. There were 2 swings and a slide at the house. Our children gratefully made use of this. In the hotel next door you can also eat delicious food (tip). For this kind of fantastic places, I'm on Airbnb.

The five of us felt very comfortable and had plenty of room. The hostess even came by for her birthday with flowers, very nice and accommodating. The booking and check-in was very easy and pleasant. As a starting point for climbing tours and hikes, the location was perfect! And when can you have breakfast with a view of the mountains? Had a great time!

Beautiful home, very clean, warm, and inviting. Stunning location, and conveniently located near the autobahn and the larger town of Oetz, which had many great restaurants. Our host was lovely - so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

The house is beautifully situated in the scenic Otztal Valley, with hiking routes within walking distance and many attractions just a short drive away. The house was clean, fully equipped, and had a yard with sports facilities that the kids really enjoyed. Melanie and her children were wonderful hosts. We can't wait to return in the winter to experience the valley from a different perspective.

Dear Regine and Bernhard and (you own the accommodation Zottlhof) and Berni(contact with Regina and Berhard), You were very friendly hosts to us. You also welcomed us in a very friendly way. Everything explains what is where. The apartment is very clean. We were there with our two sons. Not only to them, but also us parents, nature as well as the Scottish highland cattle provided a beautiful experience. Regina's homemade herbal liqueur was very tasty. Among other things, you offer even more experiences: you have a small cinema,in winter you offer snow tours, and much more. Regina was always eager to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. They are very warm-hearted hosts. We as a family highly recommend you☺️. Amazing apartment in a quiet location. Parking space available for guests if you’re traveling by car and the place is brand new, very clean and modern, the only small downside for us personally was the smart home system. A little tricky to manage if you’re not tech savvy :) also a microwave would be useful. Overall a perfect find if you want to hike around Tyrol and stay close to Innsbruck.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06.06. to 08.06.2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, communication was warm and straightforward from the beginning. Bart is a great host who leaves absolutely nothing to be desired with his apartment. The amenities are very complete and very high quality and loving. It certainly offers a perfect starting point for activities of all kinds in all seasons and then a beautiful " home ". We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

This apartment is perfect for remote work and long-term stays. I worked here remotely for nearly two months (October-November) and loved it. The internet is fast and reliable, and there’s a comfortable desk for working. The apartment is bright, warm, and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the location is ideal. A large InterSpar supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a scenic trail along waterfalls is only 5 minutes from the door. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The host is fantastic—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions, not just about the apartment. A bus stop is within walking distance, and the town itself is charming, with everything you need for a comfortable life. I highly recommend this apartment for remote work, relaxation, or long-term stays. It truly feels like home.
