The place is terrific. Petronella and Jorja were on top of everything. There were a few items to ask about but nothing that reflected negligence or unprofessionalism. They were great. But enough about them. This place was cute, quaint, and charming. The best touch was the humor. From the idea of creating a “Four Seasons” theme to the single note on a mystery light switch that said “we don’t know either”. After that discovery, my sister and our spouses relaxed knowing we were in good hands. Simply wonderful. And after the wedding was over, we lamented the loss of having to leave the place too soon. :0) Thanks again

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Heidi's place it is a really nice, comfortable, clean home with lots of extras as in plenty of towels, coffee, cream, cups with lids to take on the go, bottle water, plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pans, dish towels, hair products - even little tiny toothpaste that are very cute, there is more but you get the idea it's a place you will feel at home in.

A cozy outdoor seating area features six wooden adirondack chairs arranged around a central fire pit on a gravel surface. A wooden fence provides privacy, while a gazebo can be seen in the background under a clear blue sky.

Pros: Close to skate park we had a tournament at, the place had plenty a clean comfortable beds and TVs in most rooms. Cons: Are the roaches (all dead thankfully) although they are in the instructions we might see one (we saw 3) always icky to kids and no dish soap to do dishes so we had to leave in kitchen sink. Thanks we had a great stay!

Beautiful cozy home with an amazing backyard. Home had literally everything you can think of and more. Lots of cozy twinkling lights on timers, beautiful decor, and homey feel. Kitchen has everything, beds are comfortable. We couldn’t have been more happy. My son lives nearby and we will definitely stay again.

The home had a nice open floor plan. Jerry was easy to get in touch with and responded immediately and I had any questions. will definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in the Yuma area

We had such a great time staying in Bombay Beach! It’s such a unique place filled with amazing art and character. Karlos's cute 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable, clean, and quiet! The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Karlos and Nidia were very responsive, nice, and gave great details/ instructions with pictures to get into the suite. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing place and amazing hosts. We felt so at home here. we will definitely use this home again when we return to Yuma.

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.
