The clean, organized apartment, with all the utensils we need, all new on site. great safe local location, 24-hour concierge very close to the center, restaurants and supermarket. Hostel answers all questions quickly. I recommend the site.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, at Arthur's property! The apartment is in front of the beach and you can see the sea. The condominium is very safe, clean and organized, with a structure for the post-spring. Arthur and Alex were very kind at the reception and check-out. I intend to go back!

Beachfront flat in a 24-hour security condominium

The flat is super cozy and had everything we needed, I felt at home. The view is incredible! Well located in front of the sea! Cristina, our host, is a sweetheart! We were given all the instructions we needed to enjoy our holiday in Tramandaí. When we arrived, we were greeted by Roberval and wife who were also super loved and attentive with us. We'll definitely be back!😊

Beachfront apartment

Sleeping to the waves of the sea is too much. The place is simple but with everything you need in a beach house. The mattress is very soft which can be good or bad depending on your spine. The hammock on the balcony was very nice, I spent most of the time on it. The parking lot is a little cramped I don't suggest going by big car. The caretaker is friendly and always available. Feeling of security and peace. We'll be back.

The location of the apt is great, facing the beach and has a nearby trade, not needing a car, only if you want to go to the center or larger markets. The apartment is small, but has everything you need, everything was clean and organized. Check in and check out were very quiet and I received all the information I needed, the host was always very helpful. I recommend staying in this apartment!

We were made to feel very welcome by Dona Rosane. The accommodation is in a small condominium, located 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 min from the center of Nova Tramandai. Unlike what appears in the listing, it does have a pillow and some bed linen. We recommend the next guests to buy phosphorus, as the stove is not electric. In general, the accommodation complies with the proposed and was great to spend a few days enjoying the beach.

Cozy Apartment Steps from the Beach!

Eduarda and Luciana are always willing to answer and help, simple but very good apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea. Very close to the beach, and we left the car in a side street without traffic, great, we didn't need it for anything, we did everything on foot, the city center is 1 km from the building. We will definitely be back, the people staying in the other apartments were very nice, we had an amazing time!

My family loved the fit the location is perfect, close to everything, impeccable cleaning, family environment, the building has an elevator, the hosts respond quickly, we were greeted with a lot of courtesy and sympathy. I will certainly return, highly recommend.
