Fernanda's house is very close to the beach and the surroundings are very beautiful. Fernanda is very attentive, always promptly answered me and made me very comfortable asking questions. The place of a very good space, mainly because I have pet's. I really like and recommend it.

A spacious exterior area is framed by lush greenery. The covered porch features large windows and a decorative bench, inviting relaxation. A hammock is visible, and the tiled surface enhances the open, airy feel of the entrance, providing a view of the well-maintained lawn.

Host Jorge is very attentive and helpful. Respond quickly to questions. The house is quite spacious and served our family well. 9 adults (1 elderly) and 3 children. It has all the utensils to meet everyone's needs. The location is great. Close to the beach (5 short blocks), close to the market, butcher shop and bakery. In front of the residence there is a beautiful lake that is quite busy (people walking, fishing and drinking mate), but that does not interfere and does not disturb the people staying in the house. Internet and TV working well. The pool area is great. We used this space a little because the weather was cold (end of April) and the heating is solar and did not heat up enough. Negative points: Upon arriving at the house the floor was sticky and there was a musty smell because the house had probably been closed for quite some time. A quick clean-up was needed.

We stayed in 2 couples., the house perfectly served us, as described, all new and well-maintained. The excellent location and hospitality of the host and her Mother were impeccable. we liked it very much and we will certainly return. SUPER RECOMMEND!

We loved the stay, everything as described and clean. Excellent condominium for those who want comfort and tranquility, especially with children. Several amenities such as the beach are just across the dunes, heated pool, indoor market, food truck on the weekend, among others. In addition to Onorina's good service, we will certainly return soon.

Without words, we arrived in the rain and the host facilitated access to the apartment by providing a garage that did not belong to me, preventing the luggage from getting wet. Everything was excellent, Manuela is great, highly recommended

All wonderful. Haidi is extremely kind and polite and assists us in whatever it takes. The condominium is complete… the pool is beautiful and heated. The very organized, comfortable, clean and smelling house, has toys, utensils for the beach… network. The dunes in front are also beautiful. We find a nearby lake (Dead Embrace Lake) very cool too (ideal for picnic, fishing and children's playground). I noticed that there is a fishing area in front of the condominium as well. The children's condominium playground is great. There is also a food truck inside the condominium with a very tasty burger and other options. Security is another strong point. Everything wonderful !!!!

Apartment exactly as advertised, clean, organized and with everything we needed. The view of the place is a spectacle apart! Rosane is always very attentive to us! We've already left with the desire to return soon!

The house is simple and small, with a very complete kitchen. The rooms correspond to the listing. The swimming pool and wifi stand out, which are very good. The place is peaceful and very close to the sea. Odilon was a great host, resolving everything very readily and kindly. We enjoyed it a lot!

Wonderful place. With a beautiful view of Rio. To walk to the beach it takes about 10 minutes, but to the center it is very close. It has a lot of shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, as well as ample and comfortable. The super attentive and helpful host, responds quickly.

The house and exactly as advertised with the addition of a bathroom that we have great access to. It only lacks beach chairs because the 2 that had broken because they were too old. Our estaia was perfect

We love staying at the place of Dona Tere and Guilherme. The house is very large, in addition to what appears in the photos. The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are very large and the patio is huge. The children loved it. Everything was clean and organized. Dona Tere and Guilherme always responded very quickly when we needed it and even added another new fan, as we inform you that one of the appliances in the house was damaged. The house has everything, chairs, Sol guard, barbecue, skewers... We don't care about anything. Dona Tere is in the back house, but it made us very comfortable and we have a lot of privacy. We'll be back!

Great accommodation, my family and I loved it. Spacious, clean and well organized house. The location is also great, close to the beach and the river and with a beautiful square. Both Rita and Vera, who received us, were very attentive. Super recommended, it was a great experience!!

We had a great experience! The house is even better than the listing. Very close to the sea, cozy and comfortable. The showers are great, with excellent water pressure and very hot. The kitchen is super well equipped, with everything we need. Air fryer, microwave, blender... We were greeted by mr. Vilton and his wife, who are very kind and attentive. The house was extremely clean and smelly. The mattresses and pillows are good, as are the bedding, table and bath linens, and have fans for all the bedrooms. We will definitely return!

Great house! Well-equipped, on a street by Lake Dead, quiet, very private. The swimming pool space is wonderful, the rooms spacious and air-conditioned. The common areas are also beautiful and airy. We recommend and will return!

Altamir's house is great and he's a great host! We stayed 9 days and felt at home. A special highlight is the pool, with Ivonir always taking care to keep it clean, in addition to the barbecue area that is part of a very well thought-out space, especially for us who like to cook and grill a good barbecue.

Our stay was amazing!! Extremely cozy, comfortable and modern!! We feel at home!! Flawless house organization!! Luiza since the first contact was a very helpful, kind, attentive host and was very concerned that everything was in perfect harmony!! All adjustments during the stay she was really quick and helpful!! We will definitely be back!! The children loved it!! Even though it has a swimming pool for children, access can be locked up for peace of mind!! This was a very strong point in relation to other listings that are generally unsafe!! 2 blocks from the beach!! Great location!! Luiza recommended us great restaurants!! If you could define our stay in one word: Unforgettable!!

Super comfortable and complete house as advertised, it has everything you need! The house is two blocks from the beach and about 10 minutes from the center. Super quiet street, practically all local residents, the host Suzana was super attentive from the beginning, she responded quickly when necessary! We'll certainly be back on another occasion!
