AP equipped with necessary items, everything very clean, well maintained or new, very good bathroom, (nothing more unpleasant than a precarious bathroom), very quiet place, very attentive hosts. Right on the sand. Super quiet beach. It was a great experience! I recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to spend the summer.

Wonderful place. With a beautiful view of Rio. To walk to the beach it takes about 10 minutes, but to the center it is very close. It has a lot of shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, as well as ample and comfortable. The super attentive and helpful host, responds quickly.

Excellent and pleasant apartment, with 2 balconies, well located, in the center of the city, quiet street, 2 blocks from av. Emancipação. Photos match the listing. It has good internet wifi, smart tv with several apps, including Netflix, YouTube, Globoplay and screen mirroring of your phone. Some applications require a subscription for use, and Globoplay offers open tv (RBS), without the need for a subscription. The availability of all necessary kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses...) required; bedding, pillows, towels and an excellent shower. It has 3 excellent and powerful fans. There are several parking spaces, with easy access(on the street), in front of the building, under the windows of the property. Owner Diego considerate, responsive and transparent. We love the ap! Close to the beach, from the center, to the Barra, there is a wonderful square to have a chima and let the children play , ride a bike. The ap eh better than the pictures! Perfect location! Would recommend and will be back!

Casa top but has no wifi, micro, tv... 9 blocks from the beach(quieter part), far away for some, close to others. There is market on the corner, less than 10min by car to the "center" part of the beach... very dear, receptive and good host!!

Perfect stay, as the apartment has a great location, a few minutes from the beach and close to everything we need to have a wonderful vacation (bars, restaurants, kiosk).

All very nice, I loved the lighting project, I love the led above the bed and that sconce of the living room. The air is powerful, if there is no one in the room you can leave up to 16 degrees and be very comfortable in the room. Great condominium pools, with warm water to the right measure. Host always available. Would return.
