Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

"Max" in the wellness oasis with sauna/hot tub

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

The Kellerstöckl has been renovated, deliberately preserved and furnished in its original state. Less is more - immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere of former country life - with minimal technology. You can also use our orchard and adjacent forests for relaxing walks or enjoy a day of swimming at the nearby lakes or thermal baths.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Modern cottage + jetty by the pond

Sit back and relax in this stylish and modern accommodation in a quiet location in the volcanic region. Or enjoy long evenings on the jetty and cool off in your own bathing pond. There is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: Room height upstairs is only 1.60 m)

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Our common dream has always been to own a small, cozy and lovingly designed "Knusperhäuschen" and to rent it to guests from all over the world. The vacation home Tonart is located on the Mitterlaßnitzberg, a beautiful area with magnificent views and our personal paradise on earth. It is ideal for nature, sports and culinary lovers or those seeking peace and quiet as well as those interested in old craftsmanship.

Lind fruitful

The Lind Fruchtreich Apartment is nestled in the picturesque hills of Eastern Styria and offers a terrace with a hot tub and views of the vineyard. The air-conditioned apartment features a combined living-bedroom with box-spring double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and fridge, a dining area, a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi and a hot tub on the terrace.

Complete upper floor in the middle of the thermal region of Eastern Styria, very quiet location and yet centrally located in the vineyards. Perfect for relaxing, for nice walks and also well suited for cycling. Central location to the highway also ideally suited for assembly workers.
