Absolutely beautiful home in a truly special location. The layout was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space and common areas. Watching the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river was a truly unique experience. The home is beautifully decorated, and has very comfy lounges! Dream kitchen too! Having a morning cuppa on the bench seat overlooking the beach and dunes was my favourite part. Thank you for having us 😄

Danika's place, with both ocean views and river glimpses, made for a really relaxing place to spend a few days. Its location meant a 10 step walk to the beach for sunrise and we loved hearing the waves all day. The kitchen was well equipped and while small, had plenty of space for 2 plus dog. Only drawback is the foot traffic and occasional car right outside but you do get used to it pretty quickly. Definitely will return to Wooli (if only for the nearby Minnie Waters General Store!).

We truly enjoyed our time in Minnie Water — the house is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and well-maintained. The views of the ocean are spectacular and it’s a great location for trips down to the beach. The hosts were lovely and communicative — we hope to stay again soon !

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house has had a massive refurb and made the place so much bigger and even better. The pictures DO NOT do the place justice. From the moment you first communicate with Raymond and Julieann to the moment you check out this house and the experience of being in Broomshead will never disappoint you. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, some clothes and food. Everything else is provided including the welcome eggs, milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea supplies. My family loves staying here and compared to the other places in Brooms that we have stayed over the years this is number 1 by a mile. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this house again. We were even granted an early check in before noon. Well done Raymond and Julieann you have an amazing place.

The home was exceptionally spacious, with 3 breakout areas and all the amenities one needed, to feel “at home”. The community of the home, is very safe and a very close distance, for a short walk to the beach or alternatively to the town centre. This home is ideal for a group of 8 and is well cared for, by Linda in her sound communication and kind hospitality. We will definitely return to “The White House”.

One of the best places I lived in near beaches. Big beautiful house with all amenities including Pool and Gym. Walking 2 min from the beach and has great view from balcony itself. Very clean, has everything you need to spend time with family.

We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks during a stressful yet exciting time, preparing for Cyclone Alfred. The house was incredibly dog-friendly, with everything needed to make our dogs feel welcome, plus a big fenced yard for them to enjoy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special highlight was the lovely elderly neighbor who kindly brought us fresh-caught fish. The well-stocked pantry was a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

We had great stay at Yamba. The place is very new and modern and their was lots of space for our family of 5. The plunge pool was a hit with the kids and not too cold for April. Good location, was very close to an unpatrolled beach and the main patrolled beach wasn't too far away either.

Matt and Sarah are the most thoughtful and accomodating hosts - going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Our best Airbnb experience to date. We will be back!

Wonderful place for a large group to stay. Spacious living areas, clean & lots of equipment (kitchen goods, towels etc) for lots of guests. Good for kids & close to the main strip of town. A fantastic space + 4.99999/5 - wish there was aircon in all rooms + tiles around the pool were very slippery.

Enjoyed our stay. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Hosts were easy to deal with, and nothing was a problem. We loved having the pool, spent hours in there. Easy walk to the boat ramp. Enjoyed the walk along the foreshore to go for dinner. Neighbours were also lovely and helpful.

Great location close to the beach and everything in Brooms Head. The veranda was a great place to hang out as you watch the waves roll in.

Fantastic beachside location. Short walk across the road to the beach. Loved relaxing on the spacious front deck of an afternoon looking out at the ocean. Very quiet area which is exactly what we needed to relax. Would love to return!

Kev and Rose were amazing hosts, the place was absolutely beautiful and close to the Main Street so we could walk to breakfast and dinner. The house was so fun with the arcade and comfortable lounge room. The beds were perfect and the house was very clean. Thank you Kev and Rose for having us 🙏🏾

The house is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and Whiting Beach. It was clean, well equipped and spacious and had a great backyard for our dog with a grassy area plus weather protection. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely come back to stay here again!

Sea Notes was a pleasant surprise filled with beautiful attention to detail. Our children loved playing in the well appointment cubby house. The kitchen was so delightful to work from, it felt like the true heart of the home. Little details such my favourite brand of tea made me feel like I was staying among friends.
