구의역이랑 도보로 무척 가까워서 위치가 너무 좋았고 무엇보다 소통이 잘되어서 편하게 지냈습니다!

A beautifully furnished apartment that felt warm, inviting, and very comfortable.

This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

You can't beat the location! I sprained my ankle a couple days prior and having everything in close proximity made it so much easier to go out to eat and shop. We had a small issue with the pillows but Paul resolved that within 24 hours. We would definitely consider staying again if we were to go back to the same area. Thank you!

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

Her şey mükemmeldi. Harika bi bölge, her şey güvenli ve düzenli, temiz. Civarda çok alternatif var, gece gezmek ve eve dönmek güvenli. Güzel bir uyku ve sabah harika müziklerle uyanmak harikaydı. I can not express enough how absolutely perfect this place is, and how great of a host KJ and Paul were. I really think AirBNB should hire them to teach more hosts on how to really make the experience memorable! The Hanok very traditional on the outside, but absolutely renovated in the inside. Everything from new bidet toilets to extensively stocked cabinets you won't need much as far as toiletries and necessities. KJ and Paul went out of the way to have us picked up from the airport, to local restaurant recommendations that were excellent. The homes location is a perfect jumping point to the best castles and shrines, all with excellent markets and shopping within walking distance. Really this is the place to book if you are in Seoul I promise you will be amazed.

하룻밤인게 아쉬울 정도로 너무 좋았던 숙소였어요!! 도심속에 이런 숙소가 있다는 것도 놀랍고 그냥 한옥 흉내낸 느낌이 아니라 찐 한옥이라 더욱 좋았습니다. 침구류도 너무 고급스럽고 인테리어 소품 하나하나 너무 조화로워요. 무엇보다 청결도가 미쳤습니다. 접근성도 너무 좋고 나오면 즐길거리도 많은데 숙소에 들어오면 또 그만의 고즈넉한 분위기가 묘하게 느껴졌던 숙소라 한동안 두고두고 기억에 남을 것 같아요. 방문 전 이것저것 문의드린게 많은데 칼답해주시고, 친절하게 답변 주셔서 감사했습니다!!

집이 아늑하고 편안했으며, 주변환경이 조용하고 외관이 예뻤습니다. 주변에 마트 및 식당들도 있어 유용하게 이용했습니다.

숙소도 깨끗하고 넓고 놀기 좋았습니다~

My daughter, son and I searched our accommodation for months. Nothin felt quite just right - until we saw Monica’s place. It immediately felt like a right type of home for our needs and requirements. And it did not disappoint! We had travelled all the way from Scotland and arrived to extremely clean and stylish home with welcome note snd snacks on the table. All three bedrooms were so clean and comfortable to sleep in. AC was easy to use and worked perfectly. We loved the space, showers were really good and washing machine and dryer easy to use. Monica had made sure everything was perfect and provided so much support and advice. This trip was very special to us and we were so lucky to find Monica’s beautiful, clean home. It is in excellent location very close to subway line and have a quick access anywhere. Area is lively yet peaceful and had a lot to offer! Thank you again Monica. I hope to stay with you again!

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望
