House vacation rentals in Ilsan

I visited for a family gathering and was very satisfied:) The host was very kind and the accommodation was better than expected! I want to visit again next time if possible~!

The accommodation was very clean, and the independent space was well separated, so it was great to stay with my acquaintances. Also, the owner who manages it was very kind.

Twenty people stayed, and it was very nice. I'll use it again next time if I get to use it again :)

This is an accommodation that I found while traveling with two families and Ganghwa, and it was so clean and comfortable with all white. I was very satisfied with the outdoor barbecue and the fire pit. It's a great place to see the night view.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Casa Bella! A few days before, we received not only the codes to get inside but distinct pictures of the area to help guide us to the home. They were really helpful and much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the host’s mom who showed us all the amenities so we wouldn’t need to search through every drawer and cabinet. She was so sweet, especially with the kids! There were extra towels (big plus) and surprisingly absorbent. We really like that there were 2 separate toilets! The home was clean and tidy. Flooring was not flat but it wasn’t an issue. However, it may not be good for someone with mobility issues because of the narrow doorways and steps. Otherwise, the home was quaint and cozy - my kids loved it there! The area was amazing because it was quiet AND less than 10 minute walk to Seoul Station. The distance was super convenient because we were tired every single day. We enjoyed our stay. We would be open to staying here again!

I went with the event amount! I think the dates were right! It was nice that the communication was so good! There were several cancellations for check-in time, but I was so grateful for your understanding! The interior is the same as the photos, and it's spacious and clean. It was my first trip with my boyfriend, and I had a really comfortable stay!! I asked to go again in the summer. I definitely want to use the rooftop pool in the summer!

We are a group of seven ladies coming for a leisure trip. Gayá has given us a warm welcome and explained to us how to ask them for assistance in using Seoul’s taxi/food deliveries etc in a local way. The rooms are spacious and clean. it’s a big bonus that it provides laundry facilities. You can get all the amenities e.g. slippers/toothbrush/toothpaste/shower/shampoo/conditioner/lots of towels just the same as hotels. All the electrical appliances including the air conditioners work well and had made our stay so comfortable. Just some points to note: for people who are easily awaken by light it’d be nice to bring your own eye shield coz some of the rooms use blinds rather than blackout curtains. Just an issue for people who are sensitive to light. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and safe and we all feel very relaxed throughout our stay. Overall I’d highly recommend to big groups travelling to Seoul especially for groups of families.

The location was good, and all the amenities were close by, so it was great to stay for a day. The city view is also good!

I stayed for over a month for interior construction. The house was neatly organized, and there were many stands throughout the house, so the atmosphere was good. It was convenient to use public transportation and there were many amenities nearby, so it was nice.

The hosts were so extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay! From check in instructions, recommendations, to even sending us Korean snacks and some absolutely delicious Banana and Strawberry milk, we were very well taken care of. They were also very patient and accommodating to my requests — travelling with family and balancing their needs while ensuring a pleasant stay is not easy but Chloe and Camila made it bearable 💛 The house is a little older, so expect a slightly cold bathroom during the winter/early spring months, but it wasn’t too bad to me. The interior is warm, cosy, and light, and it looks exactly like the pictures. My only point of inconvenience was the topography of the location. It is fairly hilly and steep in most places. Bus is your best bet for transportation, which is not always easy with luggage, but can be worked around. Taxis do okay, but some of them can struggle with the narrow roads and steep roads. Overall good value for the stay!

Hongdae Subway Exit 4 has an elevator, No. 7 is an escalator, all can be reached, the road map is quite clear, it is not difficult to find, the host communication response is very timely, the room is also tidy, the value is very good, ps: The only disadvantage is the hill road at the beginning, it is a difficult thing to climb the luggage for women with less physical strength to climb,😂)

I was worried when I saw a review that said it smelled.. but it was my concern. There was no smell ~ ~ It was nice that the room was warm. There was a different comfort from the bed life. I like the bedding ~ The host even had a moka port, so I drank good coffee.

Sujis place was exactly as listed, we were given a tour when we checked in and they were very responsive with any questions we had. I’d recommend anyone stay here! It’s so close to the national park and the neighborhood is very walkable.

Everything was fine. The description and photos correspond to reality. They prepared a lighter for the barbecue and a gas burner. It was only necessary to buy coal. Convenient! Otherwise, everything is fine. We booked for 1 night.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good, close to the subway station, close to Hongdae business district, there is a convenience store and coffee shop at the door. The room is clean and tidy and a conversion plug is also provided ~ Enjoyable stay. I will choose this place again next time I come to Korea.❤️

This is the accommodation I use every time I come to Goyang. It's clean, has good accessibility, and has a ramen noodle vending machine on the first floor. There are also many restaurants around the property.
