Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ilsan

thank you so much for this wonderful stay. the location close to Seoul Station was impeccable and made staying with two kids really easy. Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! I also think the place looks better in real life than in the pictures!

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

I was looking for a place to relax because it was a long trip! There were 3 rooms for a low price, so we each used one room and rested comfortably! The location of the accommodation was also very nice! I woke up in the morning listening to the sound of birds. ^^ I moved a little and there was a downtown area, so there were a lot of dinner options! There was a church in the walking distance, so I went to Mass on Sunday morning! The host is really kind. ^^ I was impressed that you greeted me in person at check-in. ^^ I asked for a courier because my party left their belongings, and I was very grateful that you handled it willingly! Stay healthy and happy ^ ^ I'd love to use it again if I need a place to stay in Incheon!!

It's a nice accommodation where the host cares about you very well. I loved the rooftop space.

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

The home was in a nice community with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. It was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! Definitely a wonderful place to stay ♥️

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. I booked and went really urgently, but it was nice that the response was quick and the communication was good. The accommodation was tidy, and I went there for an urgent matter, but it was much better than a motel or a hotel. The house was tidy, the bathroom was the same, and it was nice to feel that you cared a lot here and there!

Usually when I see pictures the places look much smaller, but this place looked exactly like the photos. Every detail was the same and it was a perfect space for my family of five. The owner and Coze are very responsive and offer many extras such as help with transportation guidance, orders, and provided many tips on surrounding schools and stores. The area is very quiet, and the air is so fresh. My kids enjoy the creeks and trails and have biked from here to the Han river as the trails are so nice. If you like to hike, the trail head to the mountain is right in front. The walk to the red line is about 12 minutes away, we are surviving without a car and there are buses right in front. Have been here a few months, and we are so happy with our stay here.

The accommodation was beautiful. All rooms and bed sheets were clean. Everything, including tableware and towels, was sufficient and luxurious. The barbecue fire was prepared in advance so that the meat could be grilled right away. This is the first time I've experienced a place that prepares like this. Normally, I had to wait while inhaling the smoke until the fire was in a state where I could grill the meat. Breakfast was fried eggs, 2 kinds of bread, salad, ham, 2 kinds of cheese, cream cheese, basil paste, jam, coffee, etc., but it was at the level of a luxury hotel. Above all, the host, Kyung-seon, was considerate so that we could stay comfortably. The people who went with me were so satisfied. I had a nice stay. Thank you.

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
