Vacation rentals with a patio in Ilocos Region

Comfortable, cozy place, very friendly host that respond quickly, nagbabrown out lang every wednesday na hindi na banggit sa amin and nag down din ang generator ng mismong building before kami mag check out kaya hindi na enjoy ang last day, plus recommended na mag self check in dahil mainipin ang isa nilang staff ,Tin is her name. I have no complaint to the host and the place, will still recommend sa mga friends ko, iwas lang sa date ng brown out and may attitude na staff.

The place is conveniently located. The host was nice, accommodating, and very responsive. Upon check in, we were happy to find the place clean, and spacious. We love that we were able to cook, hangout and watch tv. So many stores within walking distance, and it’s close to Burnham park, SM, nightmarket, and so on. Would book here again.

Great Host. good and chill atmosphere. as long as you follow the instructions the place is very easy to find and also accessible to public transport.. we used a combination of jeepney and taxi if we came home very late. and it was very affordable. the place is spotless and clean the ambiance is great for a peaceful and relaxing stay. you'll hear the running water of the little river behind the place and it really helped me calm down and sleep through the night. 24hr running water and water heater for the shower. 100/10 will comeback and rent again when I come back to Baguio.

It’s beyond our expectations! Ms. Kate is very helpful and also her assistant ate Nelia was helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and we’ll book it again for sure!🫶🏻

This place gives a full pack of things you need for staying, though it has no finite scenery due to construction. But still, one of the best place to stay specially for tourist. Tourist spots are nearby and you'll have easy access to public transportation. Will definitely go back! Thanks!

Place is easy to find and near to all the tourist spots. Unit overall is very clean and peaceful. We’re also able to use parking space and guards are very accommodating. Easy to communicate with the host, with complete instructions. No hassle at all. Will surely book this unit again and refer this to friends.

The family had a good stay. The host is very attentive to our needs. I had an elderly mom who needed to take time on the stairs up and down to the property. It's manageable but a thing to consider if you're bringing grandparents. Overall, we had fun in Baguio.

Villa Marikit truly felt like a home away from home. The place is exactly as described—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Coordinating with Charo, Raymund, and their on-ground team was effortless. Their proactive communication made our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—close enough to Urbiztondo’s famous spots yet tucked away just enough to offer a sense of peace and exclusivity. It was the best of both worlds, allowing us to enjoy the energy of LU while having a quiet retreat to return to. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and there are plenty of common areas to relax and hangout as a group. Overall, our stay at Villa Marikit was nothing short of amazing. Until our next LU trip! ✨

We had a wonderful stay! Rhia was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. We even received a welcome treat upon arrival. The space was perfect for our family of six—comfortable, well-equipped, and with great water pressure (a definite plus!). Everything we needed for a hassle-free stay was available in the unit. We had a great stay! The place was clean and had a good internet connection. Loved the balcony — it had a really nice view, perfect for relaxing. Essentials were thoughtfully provided, even instant coffee, which was a sweet touch. Location was super convenient too — walking distance to the Cathedral, SM, Session Road, and a lot more. The only thing was the electric fan was a bit noisy — though honestly, being in Baguio, you might not even need it most of the time. (But if you're like me who still uses a fan, it’s just something to note. Haha.) Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it!

The place was clean and is big enough for 6 people. The location is also great, not to near, not to far from the city center. The parking slot is also relatively near the unit.

Celine was super accommodating! Seriously, it was so easy to deal with her. We went to Northern Blossom but didn’t realize it was closed on Sundays. Told Celine we will probably go back to Northern Blossom Monday morning and we were not sure if we will be able to check out at 12pm. Celine immediately made some arrangements and gave us until 1pm to check out. She’s so responsive, the unit is so clean and very homey. Great view, elevator is just one step away and same with the parking!! We will probably come back to Celine’s place in the future! Thanks much, Celine ☺️

Upon our entrance, the host was already there to welcome us and informed us about rules and regulations not just about the room but also about Baguio, which was very informing especially knowing about Baguio’s car coding, saving us from the trouble. The unit was very homey and very clean. It has the complete necessities you’ll ever need especially in the kitchen with its microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric stove. (appreciate the complementary coffee, dish soap, hand soap, and drinking water). The faucets and shower also has a built-in heater. We didn’t had any issues while we were staying. The view in the balcony is also very nice as you can see a glimpse of Baguio’s landscape. You can also access the view deck for a much more experience on sightseeing. Overall it was a very nice stay 🤗 Thank you!
