Vacation rentals with beach access in Ilocos Region

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the host is friendly and attentive. Our room was very comfortable—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially relaxing, ensuring we had a restful sleep each night. Overall, our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We truly felt at home and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

The owner was very responsive..Very accommodating exceeded our expectations.The family was very helpful to the extent of helping us out with our laundry and personal needs..Even when we needed a transpo Miss Alisha was very helpful as well as her cousin Maurene..It was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.Will surely recommend their place to our friends and relatives who plans to go for vacation in Laoag.

A very spacious apartment, and secured most of all. Wonderful beach location, and abundant in fresh air. A peaceful place to unwind. Sir Neil and family are lovely people. Though we didn’t came much into contact with them, they are always ready for care and assistance when needed. The last bit of the road to the apartment compound is still raw and rough but other than that, it’s all still worth it.

Peaceful place in San Juan, just 1–2 minutes walk to the beach. The beach here is nicer compared to the one in Urbiztondo. We had a great time! Although we arrived late in the afternoon, the staff was very accommodating with our concerns. Dada was also very responsive. They even allowed us to extend our checkout by an extra hour, which we really appreciated. A few suggestions: We hope they can provide a gas stove or induction cooker, as cooking with a multi-purpose cooker was a bit challenging. The towels provided weren’t very absorbent—hopefully they can upgrade to better ones. It would also be nice if they could invest in grilling equipment. At the moment, you’ll need to bring your own grill if you want to cook your own food. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it would be a great addition. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Safe parking space, all the staff were nice, and the unit is meticulously maintained! We had a great view while chatting with friends. The living room view was superb! Very nice to wake up with a sea view. And the beach is perfect for my 3 year old son - no strong waves!

A big thanks to Ms. Rosalinda, who was very attentive, kind, and always available to assist. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay, even though we had a late check-in and early check-out because we attended my sibling’s recognition day. Everyone slept well, even though the air conditioning wasn’t that cold at first and the electric fan was broken. But they were kind enough to lend us a portable fan for our baby, who was feeling hot. In the morning, when you open the door, you’re greeted by the beautiful plants around the area. It’s very quiet, and there are no crowds. A suggestion I have is to consider adding a ceiling fan in the room and a small fridge for storing leftover food. Also, it would be nice if the road leading to the place could be paved for a smoother drive.

I stayed here before in 2019 & had a pleasant experience, so I thought to book it again and I had a similarily easy and hassle-free trip! While the parking is a bit tight, it is doable — we were able to park a montero and FJ in the garage. The home itself was very clean, spacious, and had everything listed. My favorite part about this place is its location. Very near everything and super close to the beach! Would very much stay here a third time :)

Great place! We were a group of 13 and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very accommodating and even allowed us to extend a little bit as there were no guests booked after us. 5 minute walk to the beach, market was just across the street, many food places and cafes nearby. Things to improve: room 2 AC wasn’t as cold as the other rooms even when set at the same temperature. Outlets in room 1 was behind the bunk bed, would be better if there more outlets per room, too! Everything else was great, would definitely come back as hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! ❤️

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating and made sure we had all the information we needed before our trip. The caretaker was equally hospitable, always available and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The place itself was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having three bathrooms was a big plus for our group. There’s also a spacious yard and plenty of parking, which is perfect if you’re bringing pets. Yes, this place is truly pet-friendly, our furry friends had a blast running around the open space. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The beach is just a short walk away like having the ocean right in your backyard, and it’s wonderfully peaceful and uncrowded. If you’re looking for more activity, San Juan beach and the nightlife scene are also within easy reach. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or enjoy a livelier atmosphere, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

The place is fantastic! Our family truly enjoyed our 3D2N stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with toiletries and kitchen essentials—cooking there felt just like home. We especially loved the sustainable setup, with a garden filled with tomatoes, eggplant, rosemary, chili, lemongrass, and papaya. It was both beautiful and inspiring! The owner was kind enough to let us take some rosemary for our steak night, which paired perfectly with the complimentary wine. They also provided camping chairs we could take to the beach to enjoy the sunset—such a thoughtful touch. Huge thanks to the owners and to Ms. Jenny for the warm welcome, the tour, and for being so responsive throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Alex's apartment. Alex was an excellent host who was friendly, accommodating and a great communicator. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was very well furnished, had modern appliances and was stocked with every gadget, utensil and accessory that you could possibly imagine. We were very comfortable during our stay and with the security gate in place always felt safe and secure. There is a lift available for use if necessary and the communal balcony with ocean views is a great spot in the afternoon. The beach is pretty much across the street and there are great restaurants and cafes close by. Thanks to Alex and family for making our stay memorable. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape. You can easily find this as it is near San Juan Surf Resort. The house is cozy and has everything that we need. The caretaker, Ate Imelda is very responsive. We also like that it’s walking distance to the beach. Will recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for accommodating us.

Really enjoyed our stay at Carolina’s place! It was clean, quiet, and in a peaceful neighborhood. The Wi-Fi was solid, which was great since I wfh. I liked that it was self check-in too, super convenient. Best part? The beach was just a minute or two walk away. The beachfront was so relaxing and definitely my favorite thing about the stay. Would totally recommend!

Thank you so much Angela and Aedriel for being very accommodating hosts! We loved the room at Sea Break and felt right at home. The place was exactly as described in the photos, and really gave us a bang for our buck! We travelled as a couple but the room can accommodate up to 6 or 7 people, so imagine how affordable it truly is. The place is a good distance from the main surfing area of La Union, so this part (Bacnotan) is for those who prefer peace and quiet -- like us! The beach is literally a 2-minute walk from the place, you could actually see the ocean from the veranda! It has a secured parking, too! The hosts were very friendly and always super responsive. We will definitely be back once we find ourselves in La Union again. Highly recommended!
