Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ilmenau

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy and offered us exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We particularly liked the idyllic location - it was incredibly peaceful and we were able to really unwind. Our children were thrilled, because right next door there was a beautiful stream where they could play for hours. That was really perfect for us as a family. A special thank you goes to the hosts Helge and Conny. They were incredibly nice and welcomed us very warmly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a break surrounded by nature.

We spent a week here in the fall as a family of five. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, the space generous and the kitchen fully equipped. Great view of the valley. Good communication. We felt very comfortable.

Around everything as described, secluded and idyllic, in advance clear, there is nothing to complain about Those who love tiled stove will get their money's worth!

The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there. Also crib and chair. There was enough space for everyone and the equipment was of a very high standard. Also it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We were in the apartment with 6 adults from Friday to Tuesday. The apartment was well equipped. There was actually nothing missing. In addition, we had great weather and we explored the surroundings. Winter temperatures prevailed. We were therefore able to enjoy the heated fireplace. The landlords had already heated the apartment the day before our arrival. We felt so comfortable again.

Great place, we enjoyed our stay. Happy to have availability to stay longer. You have all you need for a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

An absolute oasis of well-being <3 My girlfriends and I were here for a girls' weekend. We wanted to rest, relax and just be for ourselves - it was really just perfect. The house is like a warm hug that invites you to let go and we immediately felt at home. There is enough space for 6 people, the conservatory is a dream and the terrace and garden offer enough space to relax. The sauna is of course a wonderful bonus, overlooking nature. And the fireplace ensures a very pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The location is wonderful if you are looking for tranquility and nature and want to escape everyday life. Everything you need is there and communication with Christian worked smoothly. A definite recommendation <3

We had a wonderful family weekend in the large comfortable apartment. Erika welcomed us warmly and answered all questions. The apartment is superbly equipped for families with children and we were able to use the garden with the toys. The Rhön offers many possibilities for all kinds of activities.

The place met our expectations, good location and nice and quiet. Tim and his family welcomed us warmly and if you had any questions, you could always approach Tim. It was also great that we could borrow a grill. We were lucky enough to be at the "Rock Night" in the accommodation. There was delicious homemade pizza and the most delicious beer from Bavaria ;) Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Anna's apartment is very nice. Everything you need. Very centrally located, so you can walk to everything. Anna welcomed us in a friendly way and the recommendations were great. If I come back to Erfurt, I'd love to stay with Anna again.

We had a great time at the forester's house. We particularly liked the quiet location, the very good amenities and the condition of the apartment. A highlight was also the pool. There is also plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Particular emphasis is placed on ensuring that children are also comfortable. From toys in the apartment to toys for the pool, everything was available and also a lovingly furnished room for the little ones. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is wonderful. Very well equipped, there are many games for children and toddlers and the living area is larger and more spacious than it appears in the photos. Dirk was always available. The apartment is very modern (digital control of the radiators in each room) and there was nothing to complain about. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Was really a nice deal! For the price, the place was good enough. We got the fireplace nearby which we enjoyed. Play options for kids and adults. Other guests were very friendly and my son found a friend as well 😊 Overall it’s a great experience for our family!

Very nice cottage, pure idyll. If you are looking for pure nature and peace, you are in good hands there. Directly around you can make beautiful tours in the Thuringian forest. We would have preferred to move in. Small and fine! Thank you!

The Waldloft was really the perfect place for a few days of relaxation and tranquility. We immediately felt comfortable, everything was very thoughtful and lovingly prepared. Communication with Branko was very straightforward and the whole house was as described.

Our team (including 2 dogs) was in the apartment for a week due to work. They were completely satisfied and we will definitely book the place again when we are around again and need a place to stay!

Bright and cozy, with a kitchen well stocked with anything one could need, and great plants in the uncluttered attractive rooms.

We liked the place very much. You are surrounded by opportunities to go hiking. The cottage is perfect for two. The fridge and the stove surfaces offer the possibility to take care of yourself. Otherwise, there is also good food in the surrounding towns. Communication with Bärbel & Uwe was always pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend taking a vacation here and exploring the Thuringian Forest.
