The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Beautiful, separate apartment in the attic in our single-family house with beautiful views of the Three Lakes landscape. 200 m to the lake open-air swimming pool. An extensive hiking network, cycle paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with football golf golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. The Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Spacious apartment with castle view

Our accommodation is a large, well equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom there are great views of the Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various Shops, bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance) and yet quiet. You are welcome to use the garden. You can walk to a beautiful swimming lake in 10 minutes.
