Next to the center of Athens, at Caravel's neighborhood, is this small 25 sq.meters cosy flat. The place contains of only one room, kitchen,small bathroom, small reception hall and it's quiet small decorated balcony at the 5th floor with very quiet yards of buildings at the ground floor with trees and plants around. Very relaxing for a couple and a single person that needs to work at the desk of the bedroom, or at the balcony's table. It is a very touristic zone and route to Acropolis 2km away.

An entirely renovated apartment presented in outstanding condition. My girlfriend and I took care of the unique decoration and design, trying to make your visit comfortable but also special. The private terrace-garden is perfect for your morning coffees all year round and you can actually see Acropolis and Parthenon from it even if it is quite far away. The apartment is wonderfully bright, full with good vibes and I am sure you will enjoy your stay.

Our apartment is located in Argyroupoli, central of the area in a quiet location on the 1st floor. It is located 2.5 km away to Alimos beach and 7 km away to the Acropolis. Also, the metro is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. It includes one bedroom with a double bed and a TV with netflix, one bathroom, an equipped kitchen with the essentials, and a balcony overlooking the garden. Recommended for both work and leisure purposes.
