Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a small welcome gift for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

My 2nd time in the Studio, I´m sure it won´t be the last :)

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

We had a wonderful time in Athens at Matias place. The apartment is small yet has everything you need for a few days in Athens. The terrace is stunning and we especially liked the neighborhood, which is not frequented by many tourists and allowed us to dive in with the locals. Public transport is however close and takes you super fast to the city center. The host welcomed us personally (which we loved a lot, since we are used to anonymous check ins already) and left us with many great recommendations. And if you are worried you might fall out of the loft bed, don’t be! We slept super well 😍

Akis is a very respectful, responsive and kind host. He recommended us a few restaurants nearby and it was absolutely delicious! The apartment was clean and cozy and all the necessary equipment was present. The balcony was outstanding. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, having stayed in a few airbnb's in Athens this was by far my favourite! I was so sad that I couldn't book more nights in this amazing place. Great location near a metro and multiple supermarkets in the area. I also noticed there were some toys in the upstairs cupboard so next time I travel as a family I know this will be perfect for my toddler too. As a solo female traveller this time, I felt very safe staying here. The internet and TV was fab - TV had all the streaming services available so was great to be able to watch English programmes on an evening. Will 100% return in future visits to Athens 😊

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

My stay was excellent! The space was sparkling clean, very neat and comfortable. Parking is incredibly convenient and stress-free. The hostess was very kind, helpful and available for everything we needed. The location is also very convenient for getting around. I will definitely choose it again on my next visit – I highly recommend it! ❤️❤️

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.
