It is 400 square meters with a 30-square-meter pool. There are 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, and a large garden. Furnished with new and very stylish furniture. It has all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi Beach and clubs. 2 minutes to the center of Çeşme It is 15 minutes away from the center of Alaçatı.
