Great place, the house is exactly like in the pictures, a unique structure, it has everything you will need to make meals. The location is good, facing the canal, super quiet to stay, there are several nearby hotels restaurants. During our stay the only problem was the lack of water, but it was our bad luck to have lacked energy in the entire island, I also recommend respecting the quiet time so as not to have problems with the neighbors.

Great house, all rooms with suites, large kitchen, great leisure space with a pool and barbecue area! We felt at home. Good location, near the point of crossing to the beach of Espadarte. I recommend it to everyone.

I loved the stay! The place is clean, airy, beautiful, quiet and apparently safe. The car can be parked on the inside of the house. There was a cozy open area that guests could enjoy and that had a kitchen. Xavier's house is in a quiet neighborhood of Salinópolis and as the city is small, it has easy access to the beaches of the region, but I went by car! It is possible to have breakfast in various parts of the city, but there is a market with several small cafes with delicious food very close to the airbnb.

After 4 years of staying at the city's Resorts, I was looking for a less noisy and bustling space. I also wanted a full, well-equipped kitchen to make the meals and snacks I wanted. This property is wonderful! The house is generally well decorated and cozy. The bedrooms are super comfy and the bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The living room has a large TV and we were able to enjoy the Oscars and family cinema sessions. A very important thing for those who go to the beach, is that there is a washing machine and clothes on the balcony. All good! The pool area/barbecue/sauna is very nice and we enjoy everything. I felt blessed in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Thanks for all, Bruno! We'll be back soon.
