We really like the house and the host. The house is really large and is well taken care of, corresponding to descriptions and photos. The furniture and utensils are also very large, accommodating the 12 people in the rooms and all interior and exterior. Swimming pool, hydro and sauna were really differentiating. Atendimento do Marcio and his wife was always gentle and quick, answering questions, helping in the hiring of services and addressing the needs that have arisen.

We had a wonderful weekend at the house of Thalita and Rogério! They were amazing, super attentive, friendly, and helpful hosts. The house is sensational: very comfortable, clean and with incredible energy. Myself and my family feel super at ease and enjoy every moment. The location is good, but during the day, because of the sun and the heat, it is a bit difficult to move on foot. At night, I was able to walk to the historic center, took about 30 minutes and went quiet. By car, access is quick and easy, which makes it easy to explore the region. The tips they gave us about places to visit and local services were super helpful and made all the difference in our experience. We'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance.

Great stay. Perfect for a couple and with a wonderful view. Well-equipped kitchen and communication was great. When we needed it, we were promptly attended to.

Our stay was simply wonderful! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — spacious, very airy, clean and super cozy. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach, which made it much easier to make the most of sunny days. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and the outdoor area with barbecue was a real highlight for family moments.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Mario's house. It's located in a beautiful area of Ubatuba (Praia do Felix) short walking distance to the beach. The house is very spacious and we all felt very comfortable. I recommend inquiring about the availability of his housekeeper during your stay. We had Flavia who was an amazing cook and prepared 2 meals daily for the whole family and kept the place organized and neat. I highly recommend Mario's place and would love to return for another relaxing week.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay with family at Luciano's. The house is spacious, comfortable and very functional. It is ideally located for visiting the area and offers a lovely sea view. The outdoor areas are nice with its three hammocks and barbecue. Thanks to Luciano.

Very cozy house with wonderful backyard. We coffee we see the birds of the atlantica forest. A is exactly as in the listing. Also super close to the beach. Flavia was very kind! Anyway, we love it and want to go back!

I can speak with all my heart and for my family, that we look very well in the LITTLE CORNER DA BEL and recommend without fear, a cozy place and due to the weather we made up a night of games with my daughter... lus. We look great, everything perfect. LIMPEZA (HOUSE AND BEDDING), ORGANIZATION, PUNCTUALITY, FLEXIBILITY, TRANQUILITY, PRIVACY, LOCATION, TRADES AND ATTENTION TO DOUBTS. OBS: Our Jeep tour, they picked us up at home at no cost was way ( just as a location idea). BEL thank you for everything... it was perfect.

My husband and I loved staying at Renata and Colin's place. is a place with plenty of space, wooded, our house was inside the same plot of their house, but with total privacy. some easy-to-access trails led to a delicious stream, very good for bathing, with some nice water. the house is simple but perfectly according to the advertisement and exactly as we expected. very clean, smelling and soft bed and bath linen. we recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet a few minutes from downtown Paraty.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is super pleasant, a real luxury home. Well equipped kitchen. all was clean and organized well. Matheus the owner was super friendly, gave us good recommendations and responded quickly

We loved our stay! The place is super cute with every detail of the furnishings well thought out. Beto and Fernanda met us on arrival and were very helpful about recommendations in the area. We felt very relaxed leaving after 5 days here!

The house is perfect for hosting a group! Outdoor areas are very nice and well laid out! We were able to enjoy the pizza oven and outdoor shower. Small downside, read the description carefully before booking, you'll be asked to pay for your electricity consumption on the way out. I highly recommend this listing

The stay was great! The space and the landscaping is beautiful and the house is more beautiful than in the pictures. It had everything we needed. Township of 2 large markets and about 15 minutes walking to the historic center and pier that leave the boat rides. We carry our cachorra that has greatly taken advantage of the backyard. Even the little house being on the same plot as Gunter's house we feel private. He welcomed us very well. Pool a delight and deeper than I imagined! Voltaria more often.

João was very helpful, he gave us all the necessary guidance for a good stay. Location as described in the photos, clean and organized. We'll definitely be back!

The stay was wonderful. The house is fantastic, very beautiful and was very clean! It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Adriana is a super nice person, when I needed to talk to her she answered me quickly and passed on all the information very clearly. I recommend it!

Great place, we only had a little problem with the refrigerator the first day, as it wasn't freezing, but then it went back to work. Wenice is great, caring, caring. We were in a group with children and fit all perfectly, nobody went through tight. I recommend it!

House is exactly like in the pictures, all very organized and cozy! We had a bit of difficulty to find the site at first, but following the instructions, it was not difficult. When we arrived, Célia (next to the house) was in front of the house and helped us to park the cars she charged us R$30.00 a day for parking and was always available to help us with this, which was great, as parking in downtown Paraty can be a challenge. We highly recommend the house, the location is excellent!

Sonia was a great host and very responsive. There is also a great housekeeper who you can book separately to clean and cook for as many days as you want. The villa is lovely. Without a car it is limited what you can do in the area, there is a waterfall that you can walk to and good restaurants at Hotel Fassano which you can also walk to. The local shop has basics such as bread and water but no fresh fruit and vegetables. However the housekeeper will go to the supermarket for you if you provide a list and a credit card to pay. She was very reliable and trustworthy. We went on a great boat trip and a trip to Paraty whilst we were there through tour companies. On our last day we saw toucans in the garden!

Simply wonderful! The accommodation was excellent in all aspects — comfortable, clean and very well located in Angra dos Reis. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience! I recommend with my eyes closed and I hope to return soon!
