Me and my family love it! The beach is sensational, super indicated for those who have a child, because the sea is very quiet. The excellent condominium, beautiful, well organized, super safe. Daniele & Luis' house is great, everything works. The air-conditioning of the living room and bedrooms were in perfect condition. Nothing like leaving the house and already having your foot in the sand. From the living room and kitchen you have an amazing view of the beach and you can accompany the children enjoying themselves, even while making lunch. The only thing is the amount of hamper, probably by the time of year, so it's important to take repellent, but that didn't affect our fun. We'll be back for sure!

It's a very good inn. They have excellent attention and they provide you with a very good service. They also give you very good information on what to do in Paraty. This is my second time staying in this house. The place is great for those who have young children. My 5-year-old daughter loves to go play in the pool with waterfall. The garden is very nice. The place is clean, the furniture, bedding and all kitchen utensils are of great quality. I intend to return again next year.

Excellent property, charming, quiet, very good quality. Ideal for ending our Carioca family stay by the sea in the very pretty city of Paraty. I have nothing but compliments I have to do The presence of the housekeeper every morning for breakfast and cleaning was a very pleasant surprise. A stay we'll all remember with hearts in our eyes.

The house is very cozy and has several items in the kitchen, which made it very easy during the stay. It is just 2 minutes from the beach, which is super quiet. From there, the tours to Ilha das Couves — a surreal place of so beautiful! The only slightly uncomfortable situation was the lack of energy, caused by a very heavy rain. We went two days without light, and after that, the wifi was oscillating a lot — something more related to the infrastructure of the region than to the house itself. But Lúcia was super solicitous and gave us all the necessary support, even with candles! Confess that it was even interesting to run out of wifi — we were able to cook together and enjoy the moment as a family by candlelight, which had its rsrs charm. In addition, the village is an invitation to slow down, enjoy the days on the beach, enjoy the sunset and listen to the birds in the morning. Thank you very much Marília and Fernando! I'll definitely come back!

We are extremely happy with our weekend stay. Eva made a birthday lunch for our family that was wonderful, as well as her sympathy, care, attention and receptivity. André and Rafaella always willing to answer us and answer our doubts during the stay. The comfort and structure that the house offers us is something extremely thought out for our needs, I was delighted as every detail is thought for us guests. The house is perfect, with a very beautiful space. Movie-worthy pool and landscaping. Very quiet check in as well, my guests loved the stay. I am grateful to Isabela who is very responsive and helpful in the conversations we had.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Mario's house. It's located in a beautiful area of Ubatuba (Praia do Felix) short walking distance to the beach. The house is very spacious and we all felt very comfortable. I recommend inquiring about the availability of his housekeeper during your stay. We had Flavia who was an amazing cook and prepared 2 meals daily for the whole family and kept the place organized and neat. I highly recommend Mario's place and would love to return for another relaxing week.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood great for a family looking for a vacation rest, apartment was clean and provided the necessary for the stay, in addition to the welcome and service of Jean in explaining about the condominium and making the stay even easier! The home exceeded our expectations. The place is quite large, clean, comfortable bed, very good shower and close to the historic center. The entire team, Adriano, Jeremias, Ana were super helpful and quick at check-in and check-out. They provided all the necessary support during our stay and made us feel at home. The whole town is a charm and we can do everything on foot as the location is perfect. The town is outside the center, so it is quite quiet and quiet, great for resting after a full day of sightseeing, but it is also close enough (around 10 to 15 min walk). I really liked the place and highly recommend it!!

Cristiane's apartment is exactly like in the pictures. All equipped, spacious, air-conditioned, everything clean and organized, was a great accommodation.
