We were extremely pleased with this stay. Fernão was super attentive with us from the beginning, in addition to assisting us promptly when we need it. The house itself is fantastic, in addition to being super well located (safe and pleasant neighborhood, facing the sea literally), it is also super-equipped and with a very good tasteful decoration. Casa has everything needed, from great beds to all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, super safe and in addition to everything very spacious. We'll definitely be back soon !

My experience on this Airbnb was amazing! The place is exactly as described, very clean, organized and well equipped. The location is excellent, close to [beach/commerce/sights]. The host was super attentive and helpful, always available for questions. The bed was comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly, and the lodging was very quiet. The stay was great, the house accommodated very well all my family. Everyone had a lot of fun in the party area with pool, jacuzzi and swimming pool. And everyone was very comfortable with the rooms with various beds and air conditioning, and in the living room that has a good sofa and a great TV. Contact with Duda was great, responds quickly and is polite and helpful.

The location of the house is great, close to the beach, with easy access to the market and bakery. For those with children, it is wonderful, there is a lifeguard station on the entire beach. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is clean, organized and ready to use. Quality bed and bath linens. Gesiel and his wife were very friendly, always willing to help, it was like staying with a family member. We were pampered from the beginning to the end of the stay. The outdoor Jacuzzi is a plus, even on a rainy day we were able to use it and watch movies, thanks to the wall projector that Gesiel kindly gives to guests. Our stay was impeccable.

Juliana and Sergio are great hosts; we had only two awkward ones: with the neighbors of the back house who had a live music party until dawn and we had a baby (3 months) and an elderly woman (93 years) but who certainly escaped the management of the hosts; and the internet that was stable almost every day between 22:00 and 23:00 hours; another was excellent, we were in paradise in front of that beautiful arm of the sea. Thank you!

Great beach house

A complete and well maintained house. The owner, Mr. Ricardo, very courteous and proactive. We take a weekend of extreme heat. There were fans in all rooms. But the heat was so much, that the rooms, which are at the top, are so much heated. It will only cool down by 22:00. So, for those who are staying on a day with 35° or more, a recommendation should take air or portable air circulators. But since we always went to sleep late, it was not a problem. Casa has two kitchens with plenty of utensils, very spacious, two refrigerators, two huge tables with benches. Parking for some 6 Carlos, delicious pool, Jacuzzi tbm. Barbecue: if you're going to use, bring your grill, spikes, etc. The ones they had in the barbecue were detonated by the sea. But our final evaluation is 10. It's worth staying.

We had a wonderful stay on Airbnb! The location is perfect, with an amazing view of the beach, the historic center of São Francisco do Sul and the islands of Babitonga Bay. The place is very quiet and quiet, ideal for relaxing. Although the weekend was a bit cold, we were able to enjoy a lot of the environment, the sunrise and sunset are beautiful on a clean day. The hostess was extremely attentive, always available to help and make our stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable experience!
