The property needs a little affection, as it has metal parts corroded by rust and sea. Furniture with woods damaged by humidity, there is a lack of finishes of the lamps, etc... but some burnt lamps. As it is facing the sea, the constant breeze and ceiling fans meet well and compensate for the lack of air conditioning. It also has private access to the sea and swimming pool that guarantee pleasant days of rest. ahh We were received by Tânia and her husband (caregivers of the environment) extremely gentle and with prompt assistance to solve any questions or complications. The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.

We had a wonderful experience in this apartment! Everything was pristinely clean and very well organized since our arrival. The swimming pool is beautiful and super well taken care of, perfect for relaxing looking at the sea view. Bed linen and towels provided were of excellent quality, soft and smelling, which made all the difference in our stay. The house was ideal for providing the space for my birthday and engagement with the participation of more people during the day. Very well organized,equipped and clean. Marcos' house is very cozy, has everything you need and the view to the lake is spectacular. We spent most of the time in the room that you see the lake, very quiet and beautiful place and host Marcos recommended us great restaurants in the city.

Prainha Beach House is perfect. Communication with Angela and Jorge to arrange check-in and check-out times was easy and quick. They're very polite. The space is wonderful: super clean, fragrant linens and blankets, full kitchen and a coffee machine that I want to buy. In addition to having a barbecue with everything you need, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The Internet is also very good, my husband needed to work during the week and made calls with ease. The house is close to the beach, and the deck allows you to see how the waves are and whether the beach is too crowded or not. My dog loved the space on the grounds. 🐕🤍 And to top it off, there's still a booklet with an indication of everything you have to do nearby: restaurants, surf lessons, pilates, best place to buy a bikini... I definitely recommend it and intend to return!

Mr. Sherman's house is fantastic, everything is very well organized. Bed, bath and table linens helped us a lot. House without any problems, everything working normally, very well-equipped kitchen. I would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his attention, always quick to respond to messages and answer questions. I recommend his house to everyone, we have nothing to complain about! I hope to be able to rent more often. Remembering that there are 5 en-suites, it's super hard to find a house or apartment like this. Each with its own room and bathroom is wonderful. Beach items available, balls, board games, my kids were delighted. Having 3 TVs available was perfect! All smart TVs and with platforms available. The complex is 100% excellent. Safe, comfortable, super clean facilities all the time, divine pools and jacuzzis, courts, lounges and perfect gazebos! The complex has state-of-the-art technology in terms of entry (biometric data), garage opening, new elevators. We'll be back! Excellent stay!
