We feel at home, super cozy place. It is very well received by the owner, in all aspects, everything is clean and organized, with the apartment complete as well as in the description. My family and I loved meeting Dona Loni and her hospitality is amazing, I certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to enjoy a holiday/vacation. We'll be back for sure 😃

I had an excellent stay in Joinville on April 12 and April 13! The rented apartment perfectly met my and my family's needs. In addition to being very comfortable, the location is extremely convenient as it is at the entrance of the city, making it easy to access. The hostess was always very helpful and responded promptly to all my questions, which made the whole process – from the rental to the stay – quiet and efficient. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

The place is beautiful and cozy, unfortunately I ended up dirtying the house sheet but I offered to pay for a new one if necessary, Leila is a wonderful and very attentive person, she paid attention to every detail for the comfort of her guests!

Nice, comfortable apartment and nice bed to sleep in. Fair price for the location near the bus terminal. I found the requests for facial recognition in the building to be very exaggerated, I understand the need but I did not feel comfortable passing on all the information. But the host was very proactive, understood my point and managed to release it only with what I proposed to send.

Very comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a good stay. Everything is very well organized, even the entrance is very comfortable. Mara is always available and responds quickly. We love Prainha. We appreciate the good service. We'll surely be back.

You can rent a quiet house without fear, a 100% host who answers everything at the time you ask, clears up all your doubts, we arrived at 11:00 pm and there was a burned-out light bulb... we just mentioned it and the host already asked to come change it right away... first time renting through Airbnb but look without comments I didn't regret it even for a minute... 100 points... We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

A cozy bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed dressed in a pink quilt. Nightstands are positioned on either side, each with a lamp for soft lighting. A small chair and a decorative rug add warmth to the light-toned wooden flooring. Natural light filters through a window.

Perfect Apto! It's a few steps from Itapoá stilt beach! We love the stay, everything perfect, from cleaning, organization and items available for use. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need, even if it is small it is very comfortable. The common space is very nice, swimming pool and barbecue area excellent. Praia do capri has very calm and warm waters, great for children, has no structure of street vendors or kiosks, but nothing that bringing a cooler does not solve. Highly recommend the stay and hope to return!
