Alan was a 1000-star host. Always responding quickly, helping with questions, indicating nearby places and beaches to enjoy. The house needs no comment, impeccable! Better than in the photos haha, next to a shopping mall with several very good restaurants and more than affordable prices, beautiful beaches and an excellent condominium.

I and my family, we had an excellent weekend at Mr. Ricardo's house and his wife ,Mrs. Maria. We were greeted with a fruit basket and a welcome card. The house besides beautiful and cozy, was extremely clean . And when the accommodations and features, they correspond exactly to the listing description. Not forgetting to mention that the property is glued to the beach and the place is wonderful, with a clean and beautiful beach. Telma's house was perfect! The house is complete with everything working perfectly. Large swimming pool, barbecue area with bathroom. Large backyard with an acerola tree as a bonus. Close to the beach and easy to access. We felt at home and will be back for sure!

Travelers this is well presentable and well equipped property, at a great value. Location of the AP inside the condominium is good, staying next to the pool, playgrounds and barbecues. Condominium is very quiet and has a very familiar atmosphere. The condominium's location is good, being close to the waterfall, restaurants (even with delivery service), mini mall and the reserve beach. I recommend it!

The pictures of the house are very faithful and I found everything clean and well organized. The rooms have air conditioning and bedding available. The kitchen is super well equipped and we don't miss anything. Nela has a sandwich maker, coffeemaker, air fryer, microwave, oven, etc. The bathrooms are also great. About the garbage, it is not necessary to go down with it to the main road, just leave everything organized in the brass that Fábio provides in the outside area of the house that a person collects after the check-out of the stay. The condominium is very close to the center of Mangaratiba, but the increase of the access from the condominium to the house is very long and steep, requiring the use of a vehicle. The negative point of Mangaratiba is that, so far, the transport applications do not work well, so for those who do not have a car or motorcycle it will be necessary to go by taxi to the house. The check-in and check-out were made by Dayana, who received us super well and proved super available, as well as Fabio.
