Very good the accommodation, quiet condominium, I just didn't know about the doctor's certificate to use the swimming pool, apart from all that. Well located, quiet. Super i recommend it.

Good afternoon! I already knew Garatucaia so I chose to spend a few days onsite vacation. Host Nivea was very kind since the reservation was confirmed, she welcomed us, gave us information and tips, being very punctual and committed to the times agreed for the delivery and receipt of the keys. The apê is beautiful, clean, organized, airy and furnished for maximum comfort and entertainment. We hope to take good care of the space so that someday we can come back and enjoy a lot more.

Simply an apartment worthy of a soap opera hahah, too beautiful a place and the perfect location! The Porto Real resort itself is already a dream and this apartment even more so! Beautiful and accommodates 12 people easily! Mara is very attentive and always available. It was a wonderful trip, I already want to go back!!! Kitchen with all the utensils in perfect condition and clean and fragrant house.

Lots of compliments to do, much more than a 10!! First time we rented through this platform and I only have compliments. Spotless apartment!! Everything extremely clean and smelling, it was perfect! You can rent without fear, we didn't have any problems!! We are very grateful!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was super equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the bathroom even had a hairdryer. The location is perfect – you can get there by car and just relax. The beach with access through the condominium is amazing, and the apartment provides a cooler, chairs and a cart, which made it a lot easier. In addition, there is a great bike path for hiking and running, and, nearby, a trail in a park with stunning waterfalls, perfect for those who love nature and adventure. The adult game room was also a plus. The hostess, Juliana, was super attentive and sent us all the information, passwords and details in advance, making everything even more practical. We'll be back for sure and highly recommend it!

My family's stay was perfect! starting with the fact that the apartment is already located on the beach sand, you walk a little bit and you are already in the sea, the condominium is gated and has absolutely everything you need to not leave it, communication with the host was very easy, she answered and solved what we needed, the apartment is wonderful, everything extremely clean, organized and has all the necessary appliances inside it, I am delighted! Dona Liana's space is in the middle of nature on the Costa Verde, next to a stream that, with its pleasant sound, makes the stay very pleasant. Nearby is the beach with its extensive stretch of sand and many trees. The space is well maintained and offers us the basics for preparing simple meals, which I did during my stay, and I brought a lot of food from home, in Praia Grande we supplemented because the shops are small. For those who do not want to make meals, there is a place to order delivery, there is also a place to eat in Sahy Village, which is very close by car. For those who want to go on other adventures and tours, Dona Liana provides a folder with the region's options.

It was all very good, the host Alexandre was very flexible with the time of entry and departure, promptly answered our questions, Apartment extremely clean and organized, place with wonderful views, good restaurants and with a fair price... I would recommend it to everyone, I will definitely come back other times...

Wonderful resort, plenty to do with the family. Flawless apt, it looked like it was in a hotel, clean, bedding, towels sniffing cleaning! New furniture and utensils, cozy beds, all wonderful! I'll definitely come back more often! Mr. Jorge responded very quickly and did not help us with everything that was needed! I loved the apartment and the resort ♥️

Luzia's apartment is very well cared for, clean and organized. It is rare for us to find an apartment so close to the beach and with no smell of dampness, we love it. The location is great, close to the club that has a swimming pool and playground and very close to the condominium has the city with markets and other shops. Luzia was super attentive and responded quickly and kindly to all our questions. I recommend it too much!

I'm simply in love with the place, a wonderful view and the wonderful building too. If I chose another place to go, I would regret it a lot, as it was a wonderful experience that undoubtedly made me want to stay forever. As for the hosts are kind, I had a problem with a lack of light but they were very helpful to resolve and guide me. They match everything you say in discrimination or even more than I expected ! Anyway, just PERFECT !
