Wonderful stay, we had an amazing weekend! Stella referred us to restaurants in the area, markets, pharmacies and everything we could need. Apartment with an amazing view, exactly as advertised and yields wonderful photos. Stella, thank you very much for your hospitality, attention and especially for having received us so well in your apartment. We will definitely come back more often.

Cris, a wonderful person, always answered us for questions that we could use and enjoy in the condominium, close to the beach. On the beach with kiosks offering options of food, snacks, live music, wonderful infrastructure.

Apt. Great, everything that remains in the photo, the view of the living room and sensational direct to the sea, very good kitchen utensils. A negative point was the power outage that was quite due to the heavy rains of the previous week. Wonderful, clean, comfortable and pleasant place. I will return soon.

it was an amazing weekend, Claudinha helped us even before the day of our trip, referring us to Marquinhos' parking lot and boatman Leonardo (Léo was very nice to the children during the crossing, playing with them so they wouldn't be afraid). When we arrived, the host Claudinha welcomed us and helped us get things out of the boat, we forgot salt and she kindly gave us common salt and coarse salt (note: bring everything because it is an island and there is nowhere to buy this kind of thing). The house was impeccable with all utensils and pots shining, hot shower, air-conditioning working, internet working even though a storm was coming, TV working normally. La is a quiet and familiar place, Uncle Nei gave us fresh fish that we roasted on the barbecue and it was wonderful, and on the day we left Uncle Nei gave us more fish to take home. We will definitely be back because we felt at home

The house is spacious and super airy. The beach and otima, calm and sandy for children to have fun. The people who assisted us in the house during the stay, Gracinha and Helena were of extreme care and attention. The condominium was quite agitated and with a lot of movement. We had a last week.

It was a great stay, the place was according to the photos and information. I spent a weekend with my husband and eldest son, the fact of being a waterfront is great. An excellent atmosphere, family and peace of mind. I took the opportunity to make the rehearsal revelation of pregnancy, the beach in front is very quiet, clean and beautiful. I thought I would walk a little more to arrive but it was quiet, very close to being able to make the way without difficulty being pregnant and with rs suitcase Nathalia and Raiane removed all my doubts and I had the support for everything I needed, such as information about food deliveries and etc. We will definitely return ❤️

beautiful muriqui house

It was the first time I rented a house, I was very satisfied with the property, even though it was a villa house, having other houses in the same backyard is a surreal peace, the market is literally at the corner of the house, the street is right near the beach, but there is no muvuca, noise, nothing. I went with my family to rest and got it! I will definitely rent more often!

Luzia's apartment is very well cared for, clean and organized. It is rare for us to find an apartment so close to the beach and with no smell of dampness, we love it. The location is great, close to the club that has a swimming pool and playground and very close to the condominium has the city with markets and other shops. Luzia was super attentive and responded quickly and kindly to all our questions. I recommend it too much!

Excellent. First time and I intend to return for sure. The place is wonderful and the apartment corresponds to the listing 100%. I'll be back more often!! The place itself is beautiful, a wonderful view, only the slopes that become bad if you are accompanying children/babies or the elderly, it is a little difficult to get around, but if you are in a car, it's resolved. The apartment is very well equipped, Adriana is a super attentive person.

It was all perfect! The house has 3 very comfortable en-suites, a living room with a huge sofa and an equally large TV, a kitchen that has all the necessary utensils and an island that allows you to cook and have super nice moments with friends who can stay and interact there, and finally, no less important (on the contrary!!!), the house has a wonderful gourmet area! It has a huge table that allows us to have all our meals with the beautiful view of the pool and gardens, in addition to enjoying amazing pool and barbecue days! In addition, the house is located in a super nice, quiet condominium with beautiful houses and amenities such as a restaurant, market, bakery and private beach just a few steps from the house. The hosts are very caring and attentive and gave us all the tips about the place! I highly recommend it!

We checked in with very flexible hours both on arrival and departure. The house was super clean, well ventilated, we had everything we needed to spend 1 week as booked. The condominium has many options to enjoy, swimming pool, sauna, hydro, the beach that, in addition to the waves being a little strong (I do not recommend it for children), but you have the option of the natural pool next door for those who do not like a lot of strong waves from the sea. Regarding the accommodation, everything was 100% and the condominium requires you to be in good physical shape, as there are a lot of hills, a sedentary person like me gets out of breath. But I highly recommend Carlos's accommodation. We'll be back as soon as we can.

The house is very well distributed, comfortable, spacious and has a tasteful decor. Hosts are wonderful and proactive. They gave us instructions on everything! And they even helped us find tours, etc. During the stay we needed to ask some questions and they never refused to guide us. Simply wonderful!

The place is corresponding to the listing. The apartment is cozy, very clean and with a beautiful view. The condominium is very well structured, the pool area has a restaurant with fair prices. The house is even more pleasant than it looks! The rooms have air-conditioning, which provided pleasant nights of sleep. What should also be highlighted is the attention given by co-host Penha and her children, who were always present when necessary, whether for questions or needs. I recommend it and we will certainly be back!

Mr. Luis, a great host, attends very quickly, we indicated safe parking, boatman that when we arrived at the place was already waiting for us, when you arrive at the house it helps with the bags and it already makes you feel at home, the house was impeccable, super smells, everything much better than the listing. you feel truly at home, a great place to rest close to nature and enjoy the TMB house that is great. I and my family love and we will return for sure. Mr. Luis only thank you for us to provide wonderful days.

The house totally matched the description and its view is UNIQUE!!! Our hosts were always attentive and we really had a wonderful stay. The only thing to say is that the parking is not suitable for Cardiacs Haha but luckily they helped us with that fear. Graciassssssss!!!!

The accommodation is very good and perfectly matches the description. It is located one block from the beach and has a complete trade on the block. The garage is not covered, but super quiet for maneuvering and safe. I needed to stay longer than expected, and the host was super receptive to negotiate this extra date. Highly recommend and would come back again!
