We are available for any questions or suggestions, and we strive to make your stay wonderful. Some important information: Unique Experience: Our house is situated on a quiet beach, perfect for an immersion in nature. Enjoy the tranquility and direct contact with the sea, just a few steps from your door. Additionally, the famous Lopes Mendes beach, considered one of the most beautiful in the world, is only 20 minutes away. Energy and Electricity Use: The house runs on solar energy and has a generator for exceptional cases. To ensure a sustainable experience, we ask that you use electricity only when necessary. We do not have electrical appliances and kindly ask that you do not bring hair straighteners or hair dryers. How to Get Here?: We offer private transportation available for hire from Angra dos Reis, Conceição de Jacareí, and Vila de Abraão. If you wish to hire, please inquire about the rates from each departure point. You can also arrive by schooner or taxiboat from Vila de Abraão. Schedules: Our check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out must be done before 12 PM. Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days before your stay, cancellation is free. Within the next 14 days, 50% of the reservation value will be charged. Cancellation 24 hours before your arrival will result in the full payment of the reservation. Accommodations: The house is equipped to accommodate up to 5 guests and includes basic kitchen supplies: oil, salt, sugar, coffee. Additionally, we offer utensils, a refrigerator, and a stove. In the Neighborhood: In the surroundings of the house, there are two restaurants, one of them being a floating restaurant open from 11 AM to 5 PM (Marola Restaurant). When you visit, you will be entitled to a welcome drink! The nearest market is in Vila de Abraão, with options also available in Angra and Conceição. Pets: We accept pets! Paraíso da Gipóia, close to Dentista Beach

Experience unforgettable moments in this unique place, ideal for families. The house is located in Gipóia, Angra, and can only be reached by boat. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Dentista Beach, the most famous beach on the island. The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people. However, reservation amounts are calculated based on the number of guests reported at the time of booking. Beautiful house, fully equipped and close to the sea. We stayed in a gated condo with 24-hour security. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The house is on the second floor, you have to climb two flights of stairs, but it's super quiet. We offer bed linen, bath towels and blankets. Our little corner is very special and we hope to always welcome you with affection and a warm welcome. We always give tips and suggestions about the city, so you can have an even more special stay.
