Vacation rentals with beach access in Ilha Comprida

Place was clean and host was super nice. Easy to get ahold of and very friendly. The place is small but it was big enough to accommodate our family. The view was fantastic. I definitely recommend this condo.

Great accommodation! You have everything needed for a quiet stay. Everything near the house: market, center, restaurants and the main, the beach hahaha

We had an excellent stay. Apartment with ceiling fans. Everything was clean and organized, new furniture and mattresses. Condominium actually located on the waterfront, just across the preservation area on the sand.

We went on the Easter holiday, our first time in Ilha Comprida, our family loved João and Katia's house. The kids love the waterfront and beach that is very close to the house. We recommend it and intend to return:)

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this house. And what makes us come back is: the house is beautiful, organized and has everything we need, the hosts are excellent, the location is perfect, and most of all, I can feel at home. The very well-equipped house, great for traveling in a group, has dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, coffee strainer, very well-equipped. We rented in order to enjoy the carnival in Iguape, it was great because we stayed less than 15 minutes from the center of Iguape, we were able to enjoy the beach on the Island as well. There is farmacia da to go on foot from the house, less than 400m. The markets and the beach are more comfortable to go by car, as we drove all this was less than 3min from the house! Lucilene always available and sympathic. One thing we love is the silence around, really quiet the street! We went in 3 couples and each managed to stay in a room! We highly recommend it!

What a delight of home… we spent an amazing weekend. Super clean house, smelling bedding, the photos match the environments. A Tati a sweetheart, polite, kind and super helpful. Village helped us even with indication of restaurants when we arrived. Sani Tbm responded to us super fast and well-educated. The house has absolutely everything, dishes, cutlery, super super complete coffee bottle. The large, clean bathrooms. In short, we will definitely go back and often God willing. Many thanks for everything.

Great, very spacious with several suites, one suggestion would be to light the lawn, and make the barbecue a little bit bigger. The location is great, in front of the beach, everything is close by.

I stayed with my family at Reriano's house from 03/01 to 04/03/25, at the carnival, and everything was perfect, the house is airy and very clean, there are several household utensils, we do not miss anything, it is very close to the sea, just cross the street, you could hear the sea of the house, the house is in a very quiet part of the island, which has provided us moments of tranquility. I like it a lot and we will come back more often. Reriano was very helpful and clarified all my doubts. Thank you.

Very clean and organized house, it exceeded our expectations; The rooms are large with ceiling fans, blackout curtains and air conditioning, the bathrooms are large, you can organize the belongings well; Full kitchen, we usually carry utensils on trips, but it wasn't necessary, had everything I needed and more. I believe that the house is much more beautiful than the pictures show, my family loved, we had not yet finished the stay and we were already scheduling to return. Regia, the host, is helpful and attentive, as it was the first time she used the site, she helped me in the details, a very dear person. Casa 10/10.
